Needle for a jet device

A needle for a jet device includes a needle body and a tapered part arranged at the end of the needle body, in which the needle body is circumferentially provided with supporting bodies, so that when the needle is assembled in a nozzle of the jet device, the outer surfaces of the supporting bodies are coordinated with an inner chamber of the nozzle to limit the position of the needle body and form fluid channels among the supporting bodies, thereby to effectively prevent the needle from deviating from the spout of the nozzle or from radially swinging.

Fuel injection valve

A fuel injection valve includes: a coil; a stationary core to generate a magnetic force; a movable structure including a moving core and a valve body and internally having a movable flow passage; and a body that internally accommodates the movable structure and internally has a part of the flow passage. The movable structure includes a throttle portion at which a passage area of the movable flow passage is partially throttled. The flow passage includes a throttle flow passage defined by the throttle portion and a separate flow passage between the movable structure and the body. A passage area of the separate flow passage is smaller than a passage area of the throttle flow passage. A position of the separate flow passage in a direction perpendicular to a moving direction of the movable structure is different from an outermost peripheral position of the moving core.

A fuel injector includes a housing extending along an injector axis. A pintle has an axially extending pintle shaft and a radially projecting annular collar with a collar surface, the pintle being axially moveable between an open position and a closed position. An armature is axially guided in the housing between a proximal position and a distal position, the armature having an axial through-hole in which the pintle shaft is guided and an armature surface which engages the collar surface, thereby moving the pintle into the open position when the armature moves to the proximal position. A first resilient member biases the pintle in the distal direction and a second resilient member biases the armature in the distal direction. The armature surface and the collar surface are slanted with respect to the injector axis and one of the armature surface and the collar surface is convex curved.

In a valve apparatus, a housing includes a plurality of through holes through which a fluid flows. A first valve member opens and closes a first through hole. A second valve member opens and closes at least one second through hole. A fixed core does not move relative to the housing. A coil forms magnetic field. A first movable core moves integrally with the first valve member. When the coil forms the magnetic field, a magnetic attractive force is generated between the first movable core and the fixed core. A second movable core moves integrally with the second valve member. When the coil forms the magnetic field, a magnetic attractive force is generated between the second movable core and the fixed core. A magnetic constriction portion is provided between the fixed core and the first movable core. The second through hole is opened after the first through hole is opened.

Control valve arrangement of a fuel injector

A control valve arrangement includes a valve body with a filling chamber with a filling hole. A filling valve is arranged in the filling chamber for opening or closing a first fluid communication controlling filling of a first control chamber, the filling valve having a filling valve member with a moving valve seat, the filling valve member being normally biased open by a first spring. A control valve opens and closes a second fluid communication for controlling the emptying of the first control chamber, the control valve being normally biased closed by a second spring. A plug is arranged in the valve body for closing the filling chamber, the plug being provided with an opening which cooperates with the moving valve seat, the opening defining the first fluid communication between the filling chamber and the first control chamber.
