Provided is an electromagnetic switch device for starter in which an auxiliary relay is provided and which has a small size and can be easily manufactured. The electromagnetic switch device for starter includes: a main contact chamber forming a space in which a pair of main fixed contacts are located and a main movable contact can move; and a sub contact chamber forming a space in which a pair of sub fixed iron cores (A), (B) are located and a sub movable contact can move; and a cylindrical terminal block in which the main contact chamber and the sub coil are arranged so as to be adjacent to each other in the radial direction with a partition wall provided therebetween and separating the sub coil and the main contact chamber from each other.
Electromagnetic switch for a starting device
An electromagnetic switch for a starting device of an internal combustion engine may include a coil carrier, a coil winding, and a piston. The coil carrier may have a carrier wall which encloses a cavity. The coil winding may have a coil wire wound on a side of the carrier wall facing away from the cavity which provides a magnetic field within the cavity. The piston may be axially adjustable in the cavity. The piston may be disposed in a passive position and may be adjusted axially in a direction of a core. In the passive position, the piston and the core may define an axial gap therebetween in the cavity. The coil wire may have a first winding section and a second winding section wound in opposing directions. At least one winding of the second winding section may axially overlap the axial gap.
ENGINE SYSTEM, AND METHOD OF STARTING THE ENGINE
Engine systems which are easier starting and more resistant to degradation and discharge of their batteries are desirable in a wide range of equipment markets. The present engine systems utilize a selection module which selective switches from a first state when the battery is adequately charged to a second state which enables the use of auxiliary components such as special starting stators and regulators which can power the engine control module even when the battery is too discharged to power the engine control module directly.
Apparatus and method for engine stop position control
An electric starter system for an internal combustion includes a pinion gear, a pinion solenoid coupled to the pinion gear, a starter motor that is selectively connectable to the flywheel of the engine via the pinion gear, and a controller in communication with the pinion solenoid and the starter motor. In response to an engine auto-stop signal, the controller is configured to translate the pinion gear into contact with the flywheel and the motor, and cause rotation of the engine crankshaft to a predetermined crank angle. In response to an engine auto-start signal, the controller is configured to command delivery of motor torque from the starter motor, through the pinion gear, and to the flywheel for a duration sufficient for starting the engine.

AUTOMOBILE REMOTE CONTROL POWER FAILURE ANTI-THEFT DEVICE
An automobile remote control power failure anti-theft device is provided, which relates to the technical field of automobiles and comprises: a control switch mounted on an automobile and configured to control on/off between an automobile circuit and an automobile power source; a remote switch connected to the automobile power source and the control switch for receiving an external control signal and controlling the on/off of the control switch according to the received signal; and an external controller disposed outside the automobile and wirelessly connected to the remote switch for facilitating carrying and controlling the remote switch to user. The above technical solution can not only remotely control on/off between the automobile circuit and the automobile power source, but also prevent the automobile from being stolen, and has the advantages of convenient on/off control of the automobile circuit, good control effect and good anti-theft effect.
Starter device for internal combustion engines and method for operating same
A starting apparatus for internal combustion engines, having a drive pinion for engagement into a ring gear of the internal combustion engine, an electrical rotary actuator and an electrical linear actuator, the rotary actuator to rotate the drive pinion and the linear actuator to slide a pinion, and the electrical linear actuator having a linear-stroke magnet that has a sliding armature is moved by a retraction winding, within the retraction winding, along a sliding armature axis, having a holding winding by which the sliding armature can be held in a retracted state. The linear actuator also actuates a switching apparatus to activate the electrical rotary actuator into a second actuation stage. A second retraction winding is connected in parallel with the first retraction winding, such that the first retraction winding can be shut off by a normally closed switch while a current path through a second retraction winding is closed.
Electromagnetic switch device for starter
Provide an electromagnetic switch device for a starter, by which a winding fluctuation of a plurality of coils, of which wire diameters are different from each other, is prevented, which can be downsized and can be produced with a low cost. A bobbin, at which winding portions are separated by using a first flange portion which includes a first notch portion, second notch portions, and third notch portions, by which coils are led out, and a first separation wall and a second separation wall, which include the second notch portions and the third notch portions, by which coils are led out, is included, and a main aspiration holding coil, a sub-aspiration holding coil, and a resistance coil, of which wire diameters are different from each other, which are respectively wound around a first winding portion, a second winding portion, and a third winding portion, which are separated, are provided.
Bobbin and coil device using same
This bobbin includes: a cylindrical winding portion, a first partition portion and a second partition portion, wherein the first partition portion has lead-in cutout portions through which the coil wire to be wound on the upper side and the coil wire to be wound on the lower side are to be respectively introduced, and lead-out cutout portions through which the coil wire to be wound on the upper side and the coil wire to be wound on the lower side are to be respectively led out, and the first partition portion has, on a winding portion side thereof, a step formed in a zone including a range between the lead-out cutout portion for the coil wire to be wound on the lower side and the lead-in cutout portion for the coil wire to be wound on the upper side.
