Linear compressor
A linear compressor includes a discharge valve detachably attached to a front end surface of a cylinder to open and close a compression space of the cylinder; and a valve spring elastically supporting a rear surface of the discharge valve to press the discharge valve toward the front end surface of the cylinder. The discharge valve includes reinforced fiber, and the reinforced fiber is arranged parallel to the front end surface of the cylinder. Accordingly, while a rigidity of the discharge valve is improved, a weight of the valve is reduced to enhance responsiveness of the valve, suppress abrasion of the cylinder, and reduce striking sound.
Air inflation device having rotatable pressure gauge
An air inflation device includes an inflation unit having a chamber in which air can be compressed to generate a high pressure air, and an air outlet channel communicating with the chamber. A pressure gauge unit includes a pressure gauge, a shaft extending outwardly from the pressure gauge and inserted into the air outlet channel, and a check valve sleeved on the shaft and movable between an open state for allowing the high pressure air in the chamber to flow into the air outlet channel, and a closed state for preventing the high pressure air in the air outlet channel to flow back into the chamber. An air guide unit is connected to the inflation unit for guiding the high pressure air to flow out of the air outlet channel.
Air Pump with Relief Device Configured for Dispensing Trace Amount of Air
A relief device in air pump includes a main body defining an interior space and a discharge passage fluidly communicating with the interior space. The discharge passage is selectively closed and opened by a valve device. The valve device is movable in the discharge passage. The valve device includes a first sealing portion and a second sealing portion selectively engaging with the discharge passage. The valve device is movable between a first position in which one of the first and the second sealing portions engages with the discharge passage and a second position in which the other of the first and the second sealing portion engages with the discharge passage. The discharge passage has a length measuring from the first end to the second end thereof, which is smaller than a length which measures a separation distance between the first and the second sealing portions.
Poppet valve and method of manufacturing valve components of a poppet valve
Poppet valve, plate valve, with a longitudinal axis (L), with a valve seat having a plurality of valve seat passage channels, with a catcher arranged at a distance from the valve seat in the direction of the longitudinal axis (L), and with a sealing element arranged movably between the valve seat and the catcher for opening and closing the valve seat passage channels. One of the valve components formed as the valve seat or the catcher having a plurality of passage channel limiting sections and a plurality of web portions, each extending mutually at an angle (α), wherein at least one of the valve components formed as valve seat or catcher is produced at least in sections by additive manufacturing, and wherein at least one of the passage channel limiting sections is dimensioned shorter in the direction of the longitudinal axis (L).
LINEAR COMPRESSOR
A linear compressor is provided that may include a shell, a cylinder accommodated into the shell and defining a compression space for a refrigerant, a frame to which the cylinder may be fixed, a piston that reciprocates within the cylinder in an axial direction and compresses a refrigerant supplied to the compression space, a discharge valve that discharges the refrigerant compressed in the compression space, a discharge cover coupled to the frame and defining a discharge space in which the refrigerant discharged from the compression space by opening of the discharge valve may be collected, a valve spring that supports the discharge valve, and a support integrally formed with the valve spring by insert injection molding and coupled to the discharge cover. The valve spring may define one or more holes filled with a molding liquid used to form the support in the insert injection molding of the support.
Automobile inflatable pump
The invention relates to an automobile inflatable pump comprising: a driving assembly; a rocker arm, a rear end of which is mounted on a power output end of the drive assembly; a cylinder block connected to the drive assembly and defining a piston cavity inside; a piston provided on a front end of the rocker arm, the piston being movably received in the piston cavity to divide the piston cavity into a front cavity having an inflation inlet and a rear cavity communicating with the external environment, the drive assembly driving the rocker arm to rotate, thus the piston moves back and forth in a straight line; and a sealing ring provided in the first annular groove, a front end of the sealing ring protruding at least in part beyond the outer peripheral wall of the piston. The invention has beneficial effects of simplified structure, improved production efficiency, and reduced costs.
One-way valve device
A one-way valve device for air compressors including a disc-shaped element having a plurality of holes for flow of the air distributed along a portion having a circular crown extension, a sheet superposed on the disc-shaped element for occluding the holes, the sheet being susceptible to lifting due to the pushing action exerted by the air flowing through the holes, a spring opposing the lifting of the sheet, a containment and covering dome.
COMPRESSOR VALVE
A compressor valve suitable for use in a compressor is provided. The compressor valve comprises a first body member and a second body member. The first body member and the second body member each define a set of suction flow passages in fluid communication with each other between the suction passage and a cylinder of the compressor, and a set of compression flow passages in fluid communication with each other between the cylinder and the discharge passage. The valve includes a suction seal and a compression seal, both located at least partially between the first body member and the second body member. The suction seal is movable between a closed position and an open position. The suction seal is biased to a closed position against the flow of fluid from the suction passage to the cylinder. The suction seal and the compression seal are biased by helical coil springs.
