An improved air compressor is provided. The air compressor includes a cylinder block having a head deck that defines a piston bore for reciprocal movement of a piston therein. The head deck further includes first and second ramped surfaces that slope downward toward the peripheral edge of the piston bore. A valve plate is in direct contact with the upper surface of the head deck, the valve plate having a leaf valve. During an intake stroke of the piston, the leaf valve deflects downward into direct engagement with the first and second ramped surfaces. Because the air compressor lacks a lower gasket between the valve plate and the head deck, the cost and assembly time associated with the lower gasket are eliminated.

Each fluid end section comprises a housing having a bore formed therein for housing a reciprocating plunger. Fluid is prevented from leaking around the plunger by a packing seal assembly. DUAL ZONE COOLING SYSTEM FOR COMBINED ENGINE COMPRESSORS

Typically, an engine-compressor for compressing natural gas for use as a fuel has a single cooling circuit to cool both its combustion unit and compression unit. A single cooling circuit design is not ideal because the optimal temperature for the combustion unit is higher than the compression unit of the engine-compressor. The present invention provides a dual zone cooling system to cool the combustion unit separately from the compression unit.

The present disclosure provides a pump body, a compressor, and a heat exchange apparatus. The pump body includes a cylinder assembly, a piston, a motion transmission structure, and a drive member. The cylinder assembly includes a cylinder. The piston is movably disposed in the cylinder. The drive member is connected to the piston through the motion transmission structure. An outer peripheral wall of the piston has a rail groove connected end to end in a circumferential direction, and the cylinder has a guide structure extending into the rail groove; or an inner surface of the cylinder has a rail groove connected end to end in the circumferential direction, and the piston has a guide structure extending into the rail groove. So that through driving of the piston by the drive member, the piston is capable of rotating relative to the cylinder while reciprocating along a rotating axis of the piston.

The wire spring includes a first wire spring and a second wire spring symmetrically disposed with each other. The wire spring includes a connecting portion connecting the first wire spring and the second wire spring, and the connecting portion is supported by the case. Accordingly, a simplified structure can be obtained and a manufacturing cost can be reduced.
