PISTON PUMP FOR A HIGH PRESSURE CLEANING DEVICE
20230304485 · 2023-09-28 ·

A piston pump for a high pressure cleaning device is provided, having a pump housing, which includes a first housing part and a second housing part. The first housing part forms a suction conduit and a pressure conduit, and the second housing part forms a plurality of pump chambers each in flow connection with the suction conduit by an inlet channel and with the pressure conduit by way of an outlet channel. The first insert part includes an inlet valve seat and a guide member arranged offset from said inlet valve seat. The inlet closing body includes an inlet valve stem that adjoins the inlet valve plate and is displaceably mounted on the guide member. The first insert part includes an annular inlet valve seat body that points toward the pump chamber and forms the inlet valve seat, wherein the guide member is arranged upstream of the inlet valve seat.

SELF CLEANING PNEUMATIC FLUID PUMP HAVING POPPET VALVE WITH PROPELLER-LIKE CLEANING STRUCTURE

The present disclosure relates to a pneumatically driven pump for pumping a fluid. The pump may have a pump housing configured to receive a pressurized fluid signal. An inlet screen may be included at an end of the pump housing for admitting fluid therethrough into an interior area of the pump housing. An inlet casting may be included which is disposed within the pump housing adjacent the inlet screen. A poppet valve may be included which is configured to seat against the inlet casting. The poppet valve may have a propeller structure for creating a fluid pulse when the poppet valve seats, which helps to dislodge particles that have collected on the inlet screen, and thus help to maintain the inlet screen in a clean condition.

A valve of a piston pump, in particular for a hydraulic vehicle brake system, includes a closing body configured to be moved in an axially guided manner against a sealing seat. The closing body is formed in two pieces, which include a damping piston and a closing element inserted in the damping piston.

PUMP NOZZLE

A pump nozzle for a pump, the pump nozzle includes a plunger, a connecting rod, a compression bar, a bushing, a cylinder, and a spring. The cylinder is fixedly attached to the bushing and is equipped with a paddle. When the compression bar is pressed downward, the spring is compressed, a valve between the plunger and the compression bar opens, and the paddle stays put to seal a bottom of the cylinder. When the compression bar is released and allowed to bounce back, the valve between the plunger and the compression bar closes, causing suction by negative pressure to raise the paddle up and draw liquid , fluidic or gaseous content into the cylinder.
