Rotational metering pump for insulin patch

A rotary pump for a fluid metering system is provided. The rotary pump reciprocates, and is reversed by a signal from a limit switch that is deflected by an actuator arm on a rotating sleeve of the pump system. The rotary pump includes a plunger and optional stopper formed from a two-shot molding process, and including seals overmolded onto the head of the plunger and the head of the optional stopper.

Reciprocating injection pump and method of use

A reciprocating injection pump with a reciprocating block driven by a rotating gear, the gear having a substantially circular shape with gear teeth formed on the rotating gear the rotating gear is attached to a rotating motor.

VALVE SHAFT PUMP WITH COORDINATED PUMPING AND VALVING OPERATIONS

Pump subsystem for fluid delivery (e.g., in a wearable patch pump) comprises a fluid chamber with pumping motion and a valve shaft assembly with valving motion, both being driven by the same drive mechanism. Fluid chamber has variable volume chamber provided by a piston driven by the drive mechanism and translated relative to a plug in the pump housing. Piston extends the fluid chamber during an intake stroke and retracts the fluid chamber during a discharge stroke. Valve assembly has at least one valve shaft controllably translated by the drive mechanism to selectively align a first throughway with an opening in the pump chamber and a fluid intake port for an intake stroke to draw fluid into the fluid chamber, and align a second throughway with the opening in the pump hamber and a fluid discharge port for an discharge stroke to discharge fluid from the fluid chamber.

In a compressor for discharging a medium, in particular tire sealant that is to be discharged from a container into a tire, wherein a motor (1) of the compressor (P) drives a step-up transmission wheel (3, 3.1) for moving at least one piston (6-6.6) in a compression chamber (7), the step-up transmission wheel (3, 3.1) is intended to be provided only partially on its circumference with a toothing (20) and/or to consist of two toothed wheels (11, 12) lying on each other.

PUMP AND DRIVE ASSEMBLY

A pump assembly includes a pump module configured to be supported by a fluid tank and a drive module configured to be supported by the pump module. The drive module is mountable to and dismountable from the pump module. The drive module provides a motive force to the pump module to power pumping by the pump module.

Hydrostatic actuator and arrangement of a hydrostatic actuator in a motor vehicle

A hydrostatic actuator and an arrangement for attaching it to a receiving component are provided. The hydrostatic actuator has a master cylinder containing a housing and a piston movable axially within the housing which acts on a pressure chamber filled with a pressurizing agent. The piston is driven by a rotary-driven electric motor having a stator and a rotor, by a rolling planetary transmission that converts the rotary drive to an axial motion. In order to be able to produce such a hydrostatic actuator with little need for construction space, cost-effectively and with better quality, a supporting of the rolling planetary transmission is simplified, and the cooling and shielding of an electronic controller and the pressure behavior of the hydrostatic actuator is improved.
