SCROLL COMPRESSOR
A scroll compressor including a housing, a motor provided in the housing, a rotary shaft rotated by the motor, an orbiting scroll configured to orbit in conjunction with the rotary shaft, and a fixed scroll configured to define compression chambers together with the orbiting scroll, in which the housing includes a center housing penetrated by the rotary shaft, a front housing configured to define, together with the center housing, a motor accommodation space that accommodates the motor, and a rear housing configured to define a discharge chamber that accommodates a refrigerant discharged from the compression chamber, and an injection valve assembly provided between the fixed scroll and the rear housing, and the injection valve assembly includes an anti-leakage means and an injection valve configured to open or close an injection flow path that guides the refrigerant, which is introduced from outside of the housing, to the compression chamber.
FUEL PUMP
An outer gear and an inner gear expand and contract volume of pump chambers formed between both the gears, and rotate to suction fuel into the pump chambers and then discharge fuel from the pump chambers sequentially. The inner gear includes an insertion hole that is depressed along its axial direction. A joint member includes a main body portion that is fitted to a rotary shaft, a foot portion that extends from the main body portion along the axial direction and is inserted in the insertion hole with a clearance therebetween, and a protruding portion that protrudes from the foot portion toward a rotation progress side of the inner gear and has its width in the axial direction further narrowed toward a top portion of the protruding portion.
External gear pump integrated with two independently driven prime movers
A pump includes a casing defining an interior volume. The pump casing includes at least one balancing plate that can be part of a wall of the pump casing with each balancing plate including a protruding portion having two recesses. Each recess is configured to accept one end of a fluid driver. The balancing plate aligns the fluid displacement members with respect to each other such that the fluid displacement members can pump the fluid when rotated. The balancing plates can include cooling grooves connecting the respective recesses. The cooling grooves ensure that some of the liquid being transferred in the internal volume is directed to bearings disposed in the recesses as the fluid drivers rotate.
Pump body assembly and assembly method therefor
Provided are a pump body assembly and an assembly method therefor. The pump body assembly includes a first cylinder assembly (10), a second cylinder assembly (20) and a third cylinder assembly (30) sequentially arranged in a vertical direction. At least one of the first cylinder assembly (10), the second cylinder assembly (20) and the third cylinder assembly (30) is provided with a positioning detection portion (40).
Pump assembly and method for producing a pump assembly
A pump assembly comprising at least one housing and two gear wheels. The housing comprises at least one base plate and a cover element, which are interconnectable to form a pressure chamber. An outer circumferential surface of each of the two gear wheels has a toothing, and the gear wheels intermesh via the toothings to convey a fluid. The gear wheels are arranged along an axial direction in the pressure chamber between the base plate and the cover element. The pressure chamber is formed in the housing at least by two bores. The first gear wheel is arranged in a first bore and the second gear wheel is arranged in a second bore. Centering pins are provided for aligning the bores and the gear wheels with respect to one another, wherein all centering pins are arranged exclusively in the cover element or exclusively in the base plate.
COMPRESSOR AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING COMPRESSOR
A compressor includes a compression mechanism, an electric motor unit, a drive shaft and a housing. A portion of the drive shaft, which is located on one side in an axial direction, is rotatably supported by a main bearing, which is formed integrally in one-piece with or is fixed to a main bearing member of the compression mechanism. Another portion of the drive shaft, which is located on another side in the axial direction, is rotatably supported by a sub-bearing, which is formed integrally in one-piece with or is fixed to an inside of a body portion of a sub-bearing member. The sub-bearing member is formed separately from the housing and is fixed to a bottom surface of a bottom portion of the housing.
FUEL DELIVERY ASSEMBLY AND FUEL DELIVERY UNIT
A fuel delivery assembly has a sheet-metal casing that sealingly encloses an electric motor and a pump by rolling, a suction-side inlet opening, and a pressure-side outlet opening. The electric motor has a first stator and a rotor, the first stator is provided with a plastic extrusion coating which forms a ring running in encircling fashion between the first stator and the pump. A fuel delivery unit for use in a fuel tank of a vehicle, having a fuel delivery assembly and having a surge tank in which the fuel delivery assembly is arranged in order to deliver fuel from the surge tank to an internal combustion engine.
Scroll Compressor
A scroll compressor comprises a fixed bearing seat, a scroll fixed disk, a scroll orbiting disk, and an orbiting disk bearing seat. On the orbiting disk bearing seat, there are circumferentially three first bearing bores, and on the fixed bearing seat, there are circumferentially three second bearing bores. The front end of the locating crankshaft is rotatably connected inside the first bearing bore through the first bearing, and the rear end of the locating crankshaft is rotatably connected inside the second bearing bore through the second bearing. There is a through hole on the bottom face of the second bearing bore. The rear end of the locating crankshaft passes through the second bearing and is inserted inside the through hole. In addition, the end on which the locating crankshaft passes through the second bearing is screw connected with a locking nut.
Electric pump
An electric pump includes a motor rotor provided in a first end region in the axial direction of a rotary shaft, a pump rotor provided in a second end region in the axial direction of the rotary shaft, and a pump housing supporting the rotary shaft. The pump housing has a first housing portion for accommodating the pump rotor and a second housing portion having a blocking portion. The first housing portion has a suction port for drawing in fluid and a discharge port for discharging the drawn-in fluid.
POSITIONING ARRANGEMENT
A positioning arrangement for positionally accurate connection of a basic component to a centering component for achieving axial centricity of a basic component axis and a centering component axis relative to one another, wherein at least three but no more than six positioning pins are arranged and anchored in the centering component and reach into pin holes in the basic component, forming a positive-locking connection, wherein the basic component and the centering component are connected and positioned relative to one another.
