The at least one vane may include a pin that extends upward or downward, and a lower surface of the first bearing or an upper surface of the second bearing may include a rail groove into which the pin may be inserted.

Oil-free scroll air compressor with double parallel grooves on both sides

An oil-free scroll air compressor, includes two fixed scrolls and a movable scroll with scroll wraps on both sides. The fixed scrolls each are provided on an end surface thereof with scroll wraps. The movable scroll with scroll wraps on both sides is provided on both end surfaces thereof with scroll wraps. The two fixed scrolls and the movable scroll with scroll wraps on both sides together form two gas compression channels located on two sides. The scroll warps on a same end surface are configured as a double-parallel-groove structure, which further divides the gas compression channel on the same side into two gas compression channels, thereby increasing displacement of the scroll air compressor. After a gas is introduced through a gas inlet on a circumferential surface of the fixed scroll, the gas is compressed in multiple compression channels and then discharged from a center of the scroll air compressor.

An outer gear and an inner gear expand and contract volume of pump chambers formed between both the gears, and rotate to suction fuel into the pump chambers and then discharge fuel from the pump chambers sequentially. The inner gear includes an insertion hole that is depressed along its axial direction. A joint member includes a main body portion that is fitted to a rotary shaft, a foot portion that extends from the main body portion along the axial direction and is inserted in the insertion hole with a clearance therebetween, and a protruding portion that protrudes from the foot portion toward a rotation progress side of the inner gear and has its width in the axial direction further narrowed toward a top portion of the protruding portion.

SCROLL COMPRESSOR WITH BYPASS PORTIONS
20230003221 · 2023-01-05 ·

There is disclosed a scroll compressor according to the present disclosure in which a discharge port is formed at a central portion thereof, and a pair of two compression chambers continuously moving toward the discharge port are formed, and a plurality of bypass portions are formed at each interval along a movement path of each compression chamber in the both compression chambers, and compression gradients of the both compression chambers are formed to be different from each other, wherein when an interval between a bypass portion closest to the discharge port and another bypass portion adjacent to the bypass portion among the bypass portions of each compression chamber is defined as a first interval, respectively, a first interval of a second bypass portion belonging to a compression chamber having a relatively larger compression gradient is formed to be smaller than that of a first bypass portion belonging to the other compression chamber between the both compressor chambers.

ROTARY COMPRESSOR AND REFRIGERATION CYCLE DEVICE

A rotary compressor of an embodiment has a rotating shaft, an electric motor, a compression mechanism, a balancer, and a balancer cover. The compression mechanism has a cylinder, a main bearing, and a sub-bearing. The balancer is provided on the rotating shaft on a second side of the sub-bearing in an axial direction thereof. The balancer cover covers the balancer. A lubricating oil supply path that opens on a second side end face in the axial direction is provided in the rotating shaft. A supply hole that allows the supply path to communicate with the outside of the balancer cover is formed in the balancer cover at a position facing the supply path in the axial direction. A seal mechanism that seals between the balancer cover and the rotating shaft is provided between the balancer cover and the rotating shaft while allowing relative movement between the balancer cover and the rotating shaft in the axial direction.

Rotary pump driven medicament delivery device
