Multi-chamber compressor of mechanical vapor re-compression and water treatment methods
Multi-chamber Compressor (6, 206, 506) of Mechanical Vapor re-Compression (MVC) and water treatment methods, the compressor bearing independent compression chambers of positive displacement, for heat-pumps, of two main variants: a) reciprocating-rotary motion (6, 206) wherein the compression chambers (7V) are radially arranged cylindrical sectors based on concentric circular sectors of the same angle, with, pistons of radially arranged vanes (20, 220) of respective surface and with the plane of the vanes passing through the axis of the common rotor (14) and the shaft (16) and b) reciprocating-linear motion (506) wherein the compression chambers (52v) are in series arranged cylinders with pistons/vanes (50v) of corresponding circular surfaces and with the plane of the vanes perpendicular to the common shaft (51). In both cases, the shaft (16, 51) and the motor are common to all the vanes (20v, 50v), which follow identical strokes. The surfaces of the vanes (20v, 50v), as well as of the compression chambers (7V, 52v), differ from each other, since each compression chamber (7V, 52v) has its own and independent pair of evaporation (ev, dv, Lv, by) and heat-exchanger chambers/areas (Cv/eCv, 32v/33v, 132v, 54v/53v), said compression chamber exclusively sucks from, compresses and discharges to, and the fluids/vapors being dispensed, are under different thermodynamic state conditions. The stages are independent from each other, the medium-vapor providing the energy of evaporation is produced in the stage itself, and flow rate and compression ratio CR are independently controlled and adjusted in each stage.
Arrangement for achieving a reciprocal motion in particular for a chain saw
An arrangement that can be turned by an assigned hydraulic pressure and flow, related to a chain saw supported by a harvesting unit for crosscutting timber, wherein a bearing arrangement is arranged for the chain saw and oriented between a guide bar housing and the chain saw's drive motor unit, wherewith an oscillatory motion can be activated by a hydraulic control valve, through which hydraulic flow is alternatively controlled via feed or connection lines to the bearing arrangement, for a first or second operating mode. The arrangement is activated via hydrostatic pressure and coordinated with the guide bar housing, and with the drive motor unit, via surrounding perforated discs oriented in parallel and aligned around an axis of rotation for a drive shaft. The hydrostatic affects the arrangement's oscillatory motion for a reciprocal motion pattern, while spent hydraulic oil serves as a lubricating film between the opposing bearing surfaces.
ROTARY COMPRESSOR/PUMP
A rotary compressor or pump has a cam with a plurality of lobes mechanically engaging a plurality of pistons. The lobes urge the pistons from an open to a closed position within a piston void, the closure of the piston into the piston void creating compression or pressure of a material. Each piston is linked to another piston, and as one piston is closed by the cam, the other piston is opened by a linkage.
Multi-stage compressor and method of controlling the same
A multi-stage compressor includes a compression module configured to compress a refrigerant therein through reciprocation of a plurality of pistons provided in a front housing, a rear housing coupled to the front housing to define an internal space between the front housing and the rear housing; a separation plate located between the front housing and the rear housing to separate the internal space between the front housing and the rear housing into a front space and a rear space; and a partition wall coupled to the rear housing to partition the rear space into an injection space before a refrigerant injected thereinto is primarily compressed, a primary discharge space from which the refrigerant is discharged in a primary compressed state by some of the pistons, and a secondary discharge space from which the primary compressed refrigerant is discharged.
Radial Piston Machine with Brake
A radial piston machine includes a rotor within a housing that is rotatable about an axis, a shaft coupled to the rotor, a distributor which surrounds the shaft and cannot rotate with the rotor and that contacts the rotor in an axial direction, a plurality of brake discs including first brake discs and second brake discs arranged side-by-side along the axis, wherein the first brake discs are coupled to the housing for torque transmission, and the second brake discs are coupled to the shaft for torque transmission, and an actuator configured to releasably exert a brake force in the axial direction on the brake discs. The distributor is located axially between the rotor and the actuator, and the brake discs are located axially between the distributor and the actuator. When the brake force is exerted the brake force is supported by the distributor in the axial direction.

Vacuum Sealable Container with Internal Pump Mechanism
A pump mechanism for vacuum sealing an airtight cavity formed by a container and a lid, including a bore having a first one-way seal allowing air from the airtight cavity to enter the bore and blocking air inside the bore from returning to the airtight cavity and a second one-way seal allowing air inside the bore to leave the bore without returning to the airtight cavity and blocking air outside of the bore from entering the bore, a piston disposed inside the bore, and a chamber of air enclosed by the bore, the first and second one-way seals, and the piston, wherein actuation of the piston in a first direction causes air to evacuate the airtight cavity and enter the chamber through the first one-way seal, and wherein actuation of the piston in a second direction causes air to exit the chamber through the second one-way seal.
Gas ejection apparatus
A gas ejection apparatus ejects gas using a compressor that compresses the gas by a rotating body inside a cylinder, and includes a detector and a microcomputer. The detector detects a position of the rotating body inside the cylinder based on positions of gears which are coupled to the rotating body. When the microcomputer receives an ejection instruction, the microcomputer controls intake and exhaust of the compressor according to detection results of the detector, and causes the compressor to wait in an intake completion state upon completion of ejection of the gas that was performed in response to the ejection instruction.
