PORTABLE AIR PURIFIER AND FAN MODULE PROVIDED THEREIN
The present disclosure relates to a portable air purifier and the fan module provided therin. In the disclosed invention, the portable air purifier includes a fan module that is disposed between a discharge surface and a filter, and suctions air having passed through the filter, in an axial direction, and discharges the air in a direction between the axial direction and a radial direction.
Fan And Fan Blade
A fan blade (1) has a front inflow edge (2) and a rear outflow edge (3). The fan blade (1) has an at least partially wavy inflow edge (4). The wavy inflow edge (4) forms a wave (W) with a specific three-dimensional waveform.
BLOWER
The present invention relates to a blower, the blower according to an embodiment of the present invention comprising: a lower case having a suction hole formed therein through which air is introduced; an upper case arranged on the upper side of the lower case and having a discharge hole formed therein through which air is discharged; and a fan arranged in the lower case and including a plurality of blades. Each of the plurality of blades includes a plurality of airfoils respectively extending along different camber lines from one another, and a leading edge of connecting the leading ends of the plurality of airfoils. Entrance angles formed by the respective camber lines of the plurality of airfoils and the rotation directions of the blades are different from one another. Thus, due to the curved shape of the leading edge and the design of a recessed notch, a flow separating from the leading edge is reduced, and thus, there is an advantage in that air volume performance is improved.
Diagonal fan having swirl reduction at the diagonal impeller
A diagonal fan includes an electric motor, a housing, and a diagonal impeller received inside the housing and drivable via the motor. The diagonal flow during operation is deflected in an axial flow direction. The diagonal impeller includes impeller blades distributed in the circumferential direction and a slinger ring encloses said blades. The diagonal fan includes an inlet nozzle on the suction side accommodating a main flow for the diagonal fan. The inlet nozzle extends overlapping at least in sections relative to the radial section of the slinger ring forming a nozzle gap therewith. A bypass channel on the housing forms a flow connection from a pressure-side surrounding region (U) of the diagonal fan to an inflow side of the nozzle gap. During operation of the diagonal fan, a swirl-free secondary flow (NS) is guided at the inflow side of the nozzle gap via the bypass channel.
Housing produced in one working step
The invention relates to a housing, wherein the housing has a cover disk having a cylindrical wall and a central receptacle with a hub for supporting a fan having a diagonal fan wheel, wherein a plurality of three-dimensionally curved air guide vanes (S) are arranged about the hub, characterized in that the air guide vanes (S) are materially connected to the cylindrical wall and as a result, the housing is produced in one working step.
FLUID PUMPS
In accordance with at least one aspect of this disclosure, embodiments of fluid pumps, pump cases, valve bodies, and volutes are disclosed herein. Embodiments of methods for manufacturing fluid pumps, pump cases, valve bodies, and volutes are also disclosed herein. Embodiments can include additive manufacturing, for example. Certain embodiments can include additively manufacturing a pump case in a tilted orientation, utilizing only coincidental support structure having a unique shape, and with teardrop shaped volute and/or valve body.
FLUID PUMPS
In accordance with at least one aspect of this disclosure, embodiments of fluid pumps, pump cases, valve bodies, and volutes are disclosed herein. Embodiments of methods for manufacturing fluid pumps, pump cases, valve bodies, and volutes are also disclosed herein. Embodiments can include additive manufacturing, for example. Certain embodiments can include additively manufacturing a pump case in a tilted orientation, utilizing only coincidental support structure having a unique shape, and with teardrop shaped volute and/or valve body.
Fan
Provided is a fan, which comprises a body, the body comprises a first air inlet, a second air inletan air outlet, and a fan motor for generating an air flow passing through the body, wherein the first air inlet and the second air inlet are arranged at interval in a first direction; a nozzle, which is connected with the air outlet and used for receiving the air flow from the body and ejecting the air flow; and a filter, which is arranged in a region between the first air inlet and the second air inlet, in the body, and disposed downstream of the air inlet. The fan makes the air pass through the filter more evenly, prolongs the life of the filter, reduces filter replacements, reduces the cost of the air purifier, and is more conducive to the improvement of the indoor environment and provides a cleaner living environment.
Fan
A fan is provided, including: a body including a fan motor unit, which includes an impeller, a motor and an air-output three-way seat and a nozzle connected to an air outlet of the body, wherein the nozzle receives the airflow from the body and emit the airflow, the nozzle includes a nozzle body in a shape of half a frame; the air-output three-way seat includes at least one air inlet, a first air outlet, a second air outlet, and an air-splitting wall body for splitting the airflow passing through the air inlet and then guiding the airflow to the first air outlet and the second air outlet, respectively. The fan changes the moving direction of the airflow therein, and decreases the entire height and volume.
Air cleaner
An air cleaner includes a fan that is configured to suck air in an axial direction and discharge air between the axial direction and a radial direction. The air cleaner further includes a fan motor that is configured to rotate the fan. The air cleaner further includes an air guide unit that includes a cylindrical outer wall and an inner wall that is located in a center portion of the outer wall and that defines a space that is configured to receive the fan motor. The air guide unit defines an annular air flow path that is configured to receive air discharged by the fan and that is defined by an inner circumferential surface of the outer wall and an outer circumferential surface of the inner wall. The air guide unit further includes a plurality of guide ribs. The air guide unit further includes a plurality of flow guide protrusions.
