Fan and electric machine assembly and methods therefor
A motor assembly having a rotational axis includes a motor housing comprising a plurality of cooling openings extending therethrough and defining a chamber. The motor assembly also includes a stator fixedly coupled to the motor housing and positioned within the chamber. A rotor is coupled to at least one of the motor housing and the stator, wherein the rotor is configured to rotate about the axis and is positioned within the chamber. The motor assembly includes a fan having a first inlet side on a first axial side of the fan and a second inlet side on a second, opposing, axial side of the fan. The fan is configured to draw cooling air in a first direction through the at least one cooling opening into the first inlet side, and the fan is also configured to draw cooling air in a second, opposite direction into the second inlet side.
Blower Fan Assembly
A blower fan assembly comprising a scroll housing, a forward curved blower wheel, and a blower motor adapted to rotate the blower wheel about a blower wheel axis. The forward-curved blower wheel comprises a plurality of fan blades circumferentially spaced about the blower wheel axis. Each of the fan blades has a leading edge with a leading edge angle and a trailing edge with a trailing edge angle. The leading edge angle is at least 50° and not more than 80°. The trailing edge angle is at least 5.5° and not more than 18.5°. The outer radius is not more than 4 inches (101.6 mm).
Electric blower, vacuum cleaner, and hand drying device
An electric blower includes a motor, a first rotor blade provided on one end side of the motor in an axial direction, a second rotor blade provided on another side of the motor opposite to the first rotor blade in the axial direction, and a first stator blade provided to face the first rotor blade.
IMPELLER AND MOTOR ASSEMBLY
A lightweight impeller is provided for use in a pressurised gas source for a CPAP or other breathing assistance apparatus. The impeller can be shroudless or otherwise lightweight.
Double suction fan and air conditioner having the same
A double suction fan includes first and second rings spaced at a predetermined distance apart from and in parallel to each other, an intermediate plate disposed between the first and second rings and including a shaft hole, a plurality of first blades disposed between the first ring and the intermediate plate, a plurality of second blades disposed between the second ring and the intermediate plate, and first and second rotating hubs disposed on both side surfaces of the intermediate plate, wherein each of the first and second rotating hubs is formed of a plurality of hub plates which are disposed perpendicular to the intermediate plate around the shaft hole, and wherein the plurality of hub plates are formed to evenly distribute air introduced through the first and second rings in a longitudinal direction of the plurality of first and second blades when the intermediate plate rotates.
IMPELLER, MULTI-BLADE FAN, AND AIR-CONDITIONING APPARATUS
An impeller includes a main plate, an annular side plate and blades. The blades each have: an inner circumferential end; an outer circumferential end; a sirocco blade portion formed as a forward-swept blade portion, and having an outlet angle that is greater than 90 degrees; and a turbo blade portion formed as a swept-back blade portion and including the inner circumferential end. The blades include a first blade portion and a second blade portion that are provided on respective sides of the main plate. The impeller including a region in which a first inter-blade distance is greater than a second inter-blade distance, where an inlet-blade distance is a distance between any adjacent two of the blades in the circumferential direction, the first inter-blade distance is the inter-blade distance of the first blade portion, and the second inter-blade distance is the inter-blade distance of the second blade portion.
Heating blower and heating device
Provided is a heating blower, comprising an air duct, a motor and a wind wheel arranged in the air duct, and a heating device arranged at a first air outlet of the air duct; the wind wheel is fixed to a rotating shaft of the motor; the heating device comprises a housing, an electric heater and a moving assembly; the housing is sleeved on the first air outlet, forming an inner chamber, which comprises a first area facing directly to the first air outlet and a second area not facing directly to the first air outlet; the electric heater is arranged on the moving assembly, and moves between the first area and the second area along with the moving assembly, so that an airflow blown from the first air outlet switches between a state of passing the electric heater and a state of not passing the electric heater, and is blown out from a second air outlet provided at the housing.
Impeller and motor assembly
A lightweight impeller is provided for use in a pressurised gas source for a CPAP or other breathing assistance apparatus. The impeller can be shroudless or otherwise lightweight.
BLOWING UNIT OF AIR CONDITIONER FOR VEHICLE
Disclosed is a blowing unit of an air conditioner for a vehicle, having a two-layer structure and capable of effectively suppressing a flow of air flowing backward around a scroll bell mouth. In a blowing unit of an air conditioner for a vehicle, having a scroll case in which a first flow path and a second flow path are partitioned so as to separate inside and outdoor air to be sucked, the scroll case has a partition wall for separating a suction part of the first flow path and a suction part of the second flow path, and the partition wall has an air backflow prevention part for preventing air flowing into one of the first flow path or the second flow path from flowing backward into the other.
INFORMATION HANDLING SYSTEM FAN HAVING A CONCAVE HOUSING
In one or more embodiments, an information handling system fan may include: a hub; multiple fan blades radially attached to the hub and configured to rotate perpendicularly to a longitudinal axis of the information handling system fan; an electric motor; a drive shaft parallel to the longitudinal axis of the information handling system fan that attaches the electric motor to the hub; and a housing that houses the hub, the multiple fan blades, and the electric motor. In one or more embodiments, the housing may have a concave portion perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the information handling system fan, in which the housing may include a first vent in the concave portion of the housing to intake air as the multiple fan blades rotate and in which the housing may include a second vent configured to exhaust the air as the multiple fan blades rotate.
