Fluid pressurizing structure and fan using same

A fluid pressurizing structure and fan using same are disclosed. The fluid pressurizing structure includes a hub having a plate portion located therearound. The plate portion has a first and a second surface provided with a plurality of first and second hollow protrusions, respectively. Each of the first hollow protrusions has a first fluid inlet and a first fluid outlet, and each of the second hollow protrusions has a second fluid inlet and a second fluid outlet. The first and second fluid outlets extend through the plate portion to communicate the first and second fluid inlets with the second and first surface, respectively. When the fan rotates, fluid drawn thereinto sequentially flows through the first fluid inlets and outlets and the second fluid inlets and outlets in a helical movement in cycles, and is therefore continuously pressurized, which facilitates reduced fan vibration and noise and fan motor power consumption.

Blower assembly for a powered air-purifying respirator

A blower assembly for a powered air-purifying respirator (PAPR) assembly includes: a lower housing; an upper housing connected to the lower housing, such that the upper housing and the lower housing collectively define a first interior cavity; a filter configured to filter ambient air drawn into the blower assembly; and a fan. The upper housing and the filter define a pathway for a flow of air into the first interior cavity. The fan is positioned in the first interior cavity such that, when the fan is activated, ambient air is drawn into the blower assembly and travels along the pathway into the first interior cavity for subsequent delivery out of the blower assembly. The lower housing defines an outlet port for directing breathable air out of the blower assembly for delivery to a user (e.g., via a breathing tube interconnecting a headpiece and the outlet port).

Vacuum pump, and stator component, discharge port, and control means used therein

To provide a vacuum pump suited for removal of a product deposited in a flow path of the vacuum pump, and a stator component, a discharge port, and control means that are used in the vacuum pump. A vacuum pump includes a flow path through which a gas is transferred from an inlet port toward an outlet port and removing means that removes a product deposited on an inner wall surface of the flow path. The removing means has injection holes with one ends opened at the inner wall surface of the flow path and injects the removing gas into the flow path through the injection holes.

Fan and fan impeller thereof

A fan includes a fan impeller. The fan impeller includes an inner frame, an outer frame and a disturbing structure. The inner frame rotates along a rotation axis. The outer frame is disposed around the inner frame. The blades are disposed between the inner frame and the outer frame and arranged radially. The disturbing structure has a plurality of protrusion columns disposed on the outer frame, and the protrusion columns are arranged surrounding the blades. The protrusion columns are provided to generate vortexes in the flow field for disturbing the flow as to reduce noise, and the wind pressure can be increased to obtain better operating characteristics.

Volumetric resistance blowers

Volumetric resistance blowers are disclosed herein. An example volumetric resistance blower includes a housing, a motor, and a rotor disposed within the housing and rotated by the motor. The rotor is constructed of metal foam.
