Electric blower, electric vacuum cleaner, and hand drier
An electric blower includes a motor unit, a shaft, a centrifugal impeller, a fan cover, a motor unit case, and a bracket located away from centrifugal impeller and toward motor unit in a direction in which a central axis of the shaft extends. The bracket includes a first portion located outward of the vent in a radial direction, and a second portion located outward of the first portion and outward of an outer circumference of the motor unit case in the radial direction. A first airflow passage and a second airflow passage are formed in the bracket, the first and second airflow passages communicate with an airflow passage formed by the centrifugal impeller and the fan cover.
PUMP FOR USE IN A VACUUM CLEANER
A pump is for generating a suction for application to a vacuum cleaner dirty air inlet. There is a motor inside a motor outer casing and a fan outside the motor outer casing having a main inlet and a main outlet. The fan generates a main suction flow between the main inlet and the main outlet and creates a region of under pressure. This under pressure is used to drive a secondary flow between a cooling air inlet to the motor outer casing and a cooling air outlet from the motor outer casing. The secondary air flow is induced by making use of an under pressure generated by the fan.
Fan and electric machine assembly and methods therefor
A motor assembly having a rotational axis includes a motor housing comprising a plurality of cooling openings extending therethrough and defining a chamber. The motor assembly also includes a stator fixedly coupled to the motor housing and positioned within the chamber. A rotor is coupled to at least one of the motor housing and the stator, wherein the rotor is configured to rotate about the axis and is positioned within the chamber. The motor assembly includes a fan having a first inlet side on a first axial side of the fan and a second inlet side on a second, opposing, axial side of the fan. The fan is configured to draw cooling air in a first direction through the at least one cooling opening into the first inlet side, and the fan is also configured to draw cooling air in a second, opposite direction into the second inlet side.
Motor and Split Fan
A motor comprising a casing, rotating shaft, magnetic ring, three-phase hollow cup coil winding and insulation end cover, is provided. The casing includes a sleeve and inner core arranged coaxially with the sleeve and air guide plates connected to the sleeve and inner core, the sleeve, inner core and two adjacent air guide plates are surrounded to form an air guide channel, the inner core is provided with a mounting hole, the bearing is installed in the mounting hole, and a rotating shaft passes through the bearing, a magnetic ring is sleeved outside one end of the rotating shaft, the three-phase hollow cup coil winding is sleeved outside the magnetic ring. A rotating gap is set between the three-phase hollow cup coil winding and the magnetic ring, and insulating end cover is installed on the outlet of the sleeve. A wind end fixes the three-phase hollow cup coil winding in the sleeve, and the inner core is provided with heat dissipation holes that are all connected with installation holes.
MOTOR ASSEMBLY AND CLEANER COMPRISING SAME
A motor assembly has a motor having a rotor and a stator. An impeller is connected to a rotary shaft of the rotor and a housing is disposed between the impeller and the motor and surrounding an upper side of the motor. A diffuser discharges air, which is suctioned by the impeller, along an outer surface of the housing. A heat dissipation cover covers an outer surface of the motor. The heat dissipation cover includes an inner cover spaced apart from the outer surface of the motor and forming an inside-cover flow channel that air flows through and an outer cover having a diameter greater than that of the inner cover and forming an outside-cover flow channel through which air flows along the outer surface thereof.
BLOWER UNIT
A blower unit can include an outer housing, an inlet subassembly, a fan subassembly, an outlet subassembly, and a grommet. The outer housing can have an aperture extend along a first axis between first and second ends. The inlet subassembly can be received in the first end of the aperture. The fan subassembly can be received in the aperture adjacent to the inlet subassembly and include at least one wire. The outlet subassembly can be received in the second end. The grommet can be positioned between at least part of the second end and the outlet subassembly. The at least one wire can extend through the grommet. The grommet can seal against the at least one wire. The grommet can seal between the outer housing and the outlet subassembly.
Electric blower, vacuum cleaner, and hand drying device
An electric blower includes a motor, a first rotor blade provided on one end side of the motor in an axial direction, a second rotor blade provided on another side of the motor opposite to the first rotor blade in the axial direction, and a first stator blade provided to face the first rotor blade.
IMPELLER AND MOTOR ASSEMBLY
A lightweight impeller is provided for use in a pressurised gas source for a CPAP or other breathing assistance apparatus. The impeller can be shroudless or otherwise lightweight.
Compressor
A compressor comprising: a stator assembly comprising a plurality of stator elements; a rotor assembly comprising a shaft to which is mounted at least one bearing, a permanent magnet and an impeller; a support body; and an outer can comprising an air inlet. The support body comprises a hollow elongate central part to which is mounted the at least one bearing, and inside which the magnet is positioned, the elongate central part comprising a plurality of openings, and the air inlet of the outer can is axially aligned at least partially with the plurality of openings in the elongate central part.
