LIQUID COOLING HEAD
A liquid cooling head includes an upper casing, an impeller, a bottom casing and a skived fin cooling plate. The upper casing has an inlet and an outlet, the upper casing is fixed on the bottom casing, and the impeller is arranged between the upper casing and the skived fin cooling plate. In addition, the skived fin cooling plate is fixed on the bottom casing, and the impeller sucks the heat-dissipating liquid from the inlet and drives the heat-dissipating liquid passing through the skived fin cooling plate, upwardly passing through the impeller and then discharged from the outlet.
Water pump and method for producing water pump
A pump is provided which includes a pump housing, a drive shaft rotatably installed in the pump housing through a ball bearing, a pulley integrally connected to one end of the drive shaft through a flange wall, an impeller connected to the other end of the drive shaft, a cylindrical base part integrally connected to an outer periphery of the flange wall and six through openings formed in an outer peripheral part of the flange wall, in which each of the through openings has, at a generally middle part of a bottom surface of an inner surface thereof, a pathway groove that extends substantially along an inner cylindrical surface of the cylindrical base part, so that the performance of discharging water, dust and the like from the through openings formed in the flange wall is increased.
TWO-PHASE COLD PLATE
A two-phase cold plate includes a base, an upper cover, a heat exchange cavity and a cooling fin module. The upper cover is installed on the base, the heat exchange cavity is formed between the base and the upper cover, and the cooling fin module is installed in the heat exchange cavity. The upper cover includes at least one nozzle module and a plurality of two-phase fluid channels. The two-phase fluid channels are respectively located on both sides of the nozzle module, and the nozzle module sprays a heat dissipating fluid to the cooling fin module, and the heat dissipating fluid flows along the cooling fin module to the two-phase fluid channels on both sides of the cooling fin module to cool the cooling fin module.
HEAT DISSIPATION MODULE
A heat dissipation module includes a main vapor chamber, at least one auxiliary vapor chamber, a main heat dissipation fin set and at least one auxiliary heat dissipation fin set. The auxiliary vapor chamber is in fluid communication with the main vapor chamber, the main heat dissipation fin set is installed on the main vapor chamber, the auxiliary heat dissipation fin set is connected to the auxiliary vapor chamber, and the auxiliary vapor chamber is arranged between the main heat dissipation fin set and the auxiliary heat dissipation fin set.
Multistage pump
The invention relates to a multistage pump (1), including a pump body (4), at a lower end of which a base element (2) is arranged, and at an upper end of which a head element (3) is arranged. At least the base element (2) is made from sheet steel and has an inlet port (5) and an outlet port (16). The inlet port (5) and the outlet port (16) are mechanically connected to each other by a pipe (6) running through the base element (2).
Fan housing having flush mounted stator blades
Fan assemblies, and in particular fan wheels and stator assemblies for fan assemblies, are disclosed. In one embodiment, the fan wheel includes a wheel back having an outer surface forming one of a curved dome-shape and a truncated cone-shape. The fan wheel may also include a plurality of fan blades radially spaced about and mounted to the outer surface of the wheel back. In one embodiment, each of the fan blades is formed from a segment of an airfoil-shaped aluminum extrusion defining at least one internal cavity. The fan blade first ends can be provided with a compound cut profile with at least one curved cut such that the first end of the blade is mounted flush to the wheel back outer surface. The stator assembly can also be provided with a plurality of stator blades formed from airfoil-shaped aluminum extrusion segments and provided with compound cut profiles.
Centrifugal pump
A centrifugal pump includes a rotating blade member including an impeller member and a rotor magnet, a main body casing accommodating the rotating blade member, a coil portion that rotates the rotating blade member is located on a periphery of the rotor magnet, and an axial member associated with the main body casing. The rotating blade member pivots around the axial member. The axial member includes an end portion at axial rotor magnet side, and is fixed at the end portion. The main body casing forms a fluid introducing passage, and is associated with a blade casing accommodating the rotating blade member. An end portion of a bearing portion at an axial fluid introducing passage side is protruded such that the end portion of the bearing portion protrudes from an inner periphery opening portion of the blade casing into the fluid introducing passage.
Centrifugal pump
A centrifugal pump includes a main body casing. The main body casing includes an upper main body casing, a lower main body casing fixed to the upper main body casing, and a blade casing. In the blade casing, an interior space S1 formed by the upper main body casing and the lower main body casing is partitioned, and a fluid introducing passage is formed on the upper portion and a rotating accommodating space S2 to accommodate the rotating blade member is formed on lower portion. A joint portion of the upper main body casing, the lower main body casing, and the blade casing is fixed on the state of sealing. A joint portion of the suction side coupling member and the main body casing and a joint portion of the discharge side coupling member and the main body casing 34 are fixed on the state of sealing.
Centrifugal pump
The centrifugal pump (1) includes several pump stages which are arranged axially between a head part (4) and a foot part (2). An outer casing (3) peripherally surrounds the pump stages. An axial end of the outer casing (3) is fastened on the head part and the other axial end of the outer casing (3) is fastened on the foot part. A mechanical connection between the head part (4) and the foot part (2) is formed by the outer casing (3).
MULTISTAGE PUMP
The invention relates to a multistage pump (1), including a pump body (4), at a lower end of which a base element (2) is arranged, and at an upper end of which a head element (3) is arranged. At least the base element (2) is made from sheet steel and has an inlet port (5) and an outlet port (16). The inlet port (5) and the outlet port (16) are mechanically connected to each other by a pipe (6) running through the base element (2).
