Vacuum pump, magnetic bearing device, and rotor
Provided are a vacuum pump, a magnetic bearing device, and a rotor that suppress swinging and vibration of a rotor. A vacuum pump includes, in the following order in the exhaust direction of a gas, the center of gravity of a rotor, an active radial bearing that supports the rotor in the radial direction in a non-contact manner by using a magnetic force, and a passive radial bearing that supports the rotor in the radial direction in a non-contact manner using a magnetic force.
Friction limiting turbine generator gyroscope method and apparatus
A friction limiting turbine gyroscope is a compact and efficient means to convert the energy of a moving fluid into electrical energy. The gyroscope's flywheel rotates when a fluid passes through its spokes while magnets located along the perimeter act upon proximate movable field coils to produce electricity. The spokes of the flywheel are optimized for the flow and density of the fluid with the ability to trans mutate using shaped memory alloys as well as rotate about their center of pressure allowing the flywheel to capture more of the energy from the fluid passing over their surfaces in all conditions. Mechanical energy losses are reduced because of the inherent stabilizing effects created by the gyroscope. Because of the stabilization, a magnetic bearing field effectively supports the gyroscope eliminating mechanical interference in rotation.

Magnet configurations for magnetic levitation of wind turbines and other apparatus
A wind turbine having one or more magnets for reducing friction between the turbine support and a turbine rotor. The reduction of friction between the turbine rotor and the turbine support allows for an increase in energy production and scale of the wind turbines. The magnet configuration employs a ring of cylindrically-shaped magnets at the bottom and opposed by a corresponding number of generally rectangular-shaped magnets. Bearing magnets are also employed for axial stabilization.
Power generation device
Disclosed is a power generation device (1), comprising a shaft column (11) and at least two blade units (12-17), wherein the blade units (12-17) are sheathed onto the shaft column (11) and capable of rotating around the shaft column (11), the adjacent blade units rotate in opposite rotational directions, each blade unit (12-17) has a plurality of arm portions (121-171) and a plurality of movable blades (122-172), the arm portions (121-171) extend radially outwardly from the shaft column (11), each of the movable blades is connected to one side of the corresponding arm portion and, after passing through a first radial center line (19) of the shaft column (11), expands gradually, and after being expanded, does not interfere with the adjacent blade unit, the first radial center line (19) is parallel to a fluid flow direction, and each of the movable blades is gradually closed after it rotates through a rotation angle. The power generation device (1) can maximize the use of energy in the fluid so as to improve power generation efficiency.
