Wind turbine blade and wind turbine power generating apparatus
A wind turbine blade includes: a metal receptor including a blade tip of the wind turbine blade; and a blade body portion connected to the metal receptor so as to be positioned on a blade-root side of the metal receptor, the blade body portion having a hollow structure and forming an airfoil shape in a blade tip region of the wind turbine blade with the metal receptor in a joint region to the metal receptor. As seen in a blade-thickness direction of the wind turbine blade, a tangent to a joint line between the metal receptor and the blade body portion at an intersection between the joint line and a leading edge of the wind turbine blade is inclined from a chordwise direction of the wind turbine blade.
TIP AIR RECEPTOR
Disclosed is a tip section for a wind turbine blade. The tip section comprises an intermediary blade section comprising a first shell part forming a first side of the intermediary blade section and a second shell part forming a second side of the intermediary blade section, the intermediary blade section having a leading edge and a trailing edge and extending from an intermediary blade section first end to an intermediary blade section second end; a tip part forming an end of the tip section and having been rigidly attached to the intermediary blade section first end, the tip part having an outer surface comprising a metal area; and a number of one or more superficial metal strips extending along an outer surface of the intermediary blade section. A wind turbine blade with such a tip section and the manufacturing of such a wind turbine blade is also disclosed.
Wind turbine blade having a lightning tip receptor
A wind turbine blade comprising a main blade portion having a root end and a tip end, wherein a leading edge and a trailing edge extend between the root end and the tip end, and a conductive blade tip module that abuts the tip end of the main blade portion; wherein the conductive blade tip module comprises an elongate body defining a longitudinal axis transverse to a spanwise axis of the blade, and wherein the conductive blade tip module has a length in a direction along said longitudinal axis that is greater than a chord length of the blade tip interface.
Synchronous generator of a gearless wind turbine and method for producing a synchronous generator, and use of form coils
A synchronous generator of a gearless wind turbine is provided. The synchronous generator includes a rotor and a stator. The stator has a stator ring having teeth and slots arranged therebetween for receiving a stator winding. In a circumferential direction, the stator ring is divided into stator segments, each having an equal number of slots. Within a segment, the slots have a substantially equal spacing with respect to each another in the circumferential direction. In at least one connecting region of two segments, the spacing of at least two adjacent slots, which are each assigned to one of two different segments, differs from the spacing of the slots within a segment. The stator winding is formed with form coils. A method for producing a synchronous generator is provided and a use of aluminum and copper form coils in the generator is provided.
WIND TURBINE BLADE
A wind turbine blade is provided, which includes a blade body extending from a blade root toward a blade tip along a blade length direction, a first sprayed layer disposed so as to cover at least a leading edge on a side of the blade tip of the blade body, for suppressing erosion of the leading edge of the blade body, a second sprayed layer formed between the blade body and the first sprayed layer, and having a lower electrical resistivity than the first sprayed layer, and a first conductive part for electrically connecting the second sprayed layer to a ground.
Wind turbine blade having a lightning tip receptor
A wind turbine blade comprising a main blade portion having a longitudinal axis that extends between a root end and a tip end, wherein a leading edge and a trailing edge extend between the root end and the tip end, and a conductive blade tip module mounted to the tip end of the main blade portion; wherein the tip end is truncated and has a blade tip interface that defines an outer edge, and wherein the blade tip module is configured to fit against the blade tip interface such that a lip of the blade tip module overlaps the outer edge of the blade tip interface. Since the blade tip module is configured to overlap the tip edge of the blade, this protects the junction between the two components from erosion due to weathering.
Wind turbine blade with protecting layers
A wind turbine blade is provided, which includes a blade body extending from a blade root toward a blade tip along a blade length direction, a first sprayed layer disposed so as to cover at least a leading edge on a side of the blade tip of the blade body, for suppressing erosion of the leading edge of the blade body, a second sprayed layer formed between the blade body and the first sprayed layer, and having a lower electrical resistivity than the first sprayed layer, and a first conductive part for electrically connecting the second sprayed layer to a ground.
