A compressor section of a gas turbine engine includes an upstream portion and a downstream portion. The upstream portion includes at least one stage of stator vanes and at least one stage of blades configured to rotate about an axial centerline of the compressor section. The at least one stage of stator vanes and the at least one stage of blades are in an alternating arrangement along an axial direction of the gas turbine engine. The downstream portion is disposed immediately adjacent to and downstream along the axial direction from the upstream portion. The downstream portion includes a first set of rotating blade rows and a second set of rotating blade rows. The first and second sets of rotating blade rows are in an alternating arrangement along the axial direction of the gas turbine engine. The first and second sets of rotating blade rows are in a counter-rotating arrangement.

COMPRESSOR ROTOR BLADE AIRFOILS

A rotor blade includes an airfoil having an airfoil shape. The airfoil shape having a nominal profile substantially in accordance with Cartesian coordinate values of X, Y and Z set forth in one of Table I, Table II, Table III, Table IV, Table V, Table VI, Table VII, Table VIII, or Table IX. The Cartesian coordinate values of X, Y and Z are non-dimensional values from 0% to 100% convertible to dimensional distances expressed in a unit of distance by multiplying the Cartesian coordinate values of X, Y and Z by a scaling factor of the airfoil in the unit of distance. The X and Y values, when connected by smooth continuing arcs, define airfoil profile sections at each Z value. The airfoil profile sections at Z values being joined smoothly with one another to form a complete airfoil shape.

The housing has at least one second connection, which opens into the compressor chamber and via which a gas or gas mixture can be introduced and/or discharged. The diaphragm comprises a polymer -based material and is deformable to compress a gas or gas mixture that can be introduced into the compressor chamber by introducing a medium into the media chamber.

The abrasive coating (56) has a metallic matrix (64) and a ceramic oxide abrasive (66) held by the metallic matrix, the first member and second member mounted for relative rotation with the abrasive coating facing or contacting the abradable coating. At least 50% by weight of the ceramic abrasive has a melting point at least 400K higher than a melting point of at least 20% by weight of the ceramic of the abradable coating.
