HYDRAULIC CABLE TENSIONING MACHINE
Embodiments of the present invention disclose a hydraulic cable tensioning machine, comprising a tension puller for tensioning a cable, a hydraulic motor for controlling the action of the tension puller, and a hydraulic driving system for driving the hydraulic motor to operate, wherein an output end of the hydraulic driving system is connected to an input end of the hydraulic motor, and a power output end of the hydraulic motor is connected to a power input end of the tension puller.
Fluid flow regulator
A hydraulic jack including a load cylinder, a pump, a release valve and a flow regulator. The pump is configured to provide pressurized fluid to the load cylinder. The release valve is in fluid communication with the pressurized fluid. The flow regulator is configured to alter a flow path of the fluid therethrough as an inverse function of a pressure drop of the fluid across the flow regulator. The fluid regulator being in fluid communication with the release valve.
Hydraulic Control Valve with Controlled Flow and Valve Safety Disable
An example valve includes: a valve body defining a bore, an inlet port, an outlet port, and a signal cavity; a spool movable in the bore to shift between a first position and an intermediate position, where the spool has a first end and a second end, where the outlet port is fluidly connected to the second end, where the valve body defines a spring cavity adjacent the first end of the spool to house a spring, where the first end is subjected to a load-sense pressure signal, and where when the spool is in the first position, the spool disconnects the inlet port from the outlet port and connects the inlet port to the signal cavity; and a valve actuator that, when activated, connects the signal cavity to the second end of the spool to move the spool in the bore from the first position to the intermediate position.
GENERATOR MOTOR FLOW CONTROL VALVE
A flow control manifold apparatus includes a housing defining a first flow path from a flow input port to flow output port and a second flow path from a return inlet port to a return outlet port. A first flow regulating valve is placed inline the first flow path and an excess flow path fluidly couples the first flow path to the second flow path. An excess pressure valve is placed inline the excess flow path and is in a closed orientation when the first flow regulating valve is open so that all of the fluid exits through the flow output port. The excess pressure valve is then in a partially open orientation when the first flow regulating valve is partially closed so that a first portion of the fluid exits through the flow output port and a second portion of the fluid exits through the return outlet port.
Ball float vent valve
A ball float vent valve includes a valve body having an inlet port, an outlet port and an axial passageway there-between. The passageway may be defined by a cylindrical inlet chamber, a cylindrical outlet chamber and a tapered seat connecting the inlet chamber and outlet chamber. The outlet chamber may include an annular retaining groove proximate the outlet port. A spherical float may be positioned in the outlet chamber. The float may be dimensioned to seal the passageway when seated on the tapered seat. A retainer positioned in the retaining groove may include an outer crescent region having a plurality of apertures, a center region dimensioned to retain the float in the outlet chamber, and a linking region connecting the outer region to the center region.

Oil returning valve set with multi-stage throttling control
An oil returning valve set with multi-stage throttling control includes an oil returning channel implemented in oil in an oil hydraulic equipment. The two ends of the oil returning channel are connected to a pressurized oil collecting cavity and a pressurized oil discharging cavity respectively. A plurality of throttling valve plugs and oil returning valve plug are arranged in the oil returning channel, and a normally-open draining gap is also formed among the plurality of throttling valve plugs. When the oil returning valve plug is opened, a plurality of the throttling valve plugs are arranged in series to generate multi-stage throttling oil hydraulic draining control, which improves the problem that the valve opening allowance of the throttling valve for oil returning and pressure relief of traditional oil hydraulic equipment is not sufficient.
Non-return valve system with electronic control
A valve unit includes a first piston, which has a first opening and a control chamber. A fluid connection between a first and a second port is closed or, in a position defined by the first piston, is held open in the event that a hose which is connected to the first port bursts. A pilot valve (48) is present, which has a core and a coil, and a fluid flow from the control chamber to the first port can be regulated by an electric current in the coil. The current is regulated by a logic unit which is suitable for receiving signals from at least one sensor, in particular a pressure sensor, an inertia detector and/or position sensor and for regulating the electric current in the coil.
HYDRAULIC CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHOD WITH ELECTRO-PROPORTIONAL PRESSURE VALVE AND INTEGRAL CHECK
A hydraulic control assembly includes means for holding pressure in a cylinder to inhibit boom or arm drop of a machine in the event that a hose between the cylinder and a main control valve (MCV) ruptures. The pressure holding means of the hydraulic control assembly include a hydraulic valve and a parts-in-body check assembly both configured for insertion into a valve cavity defined by a valve body. The hydraulic valve comprises a proportional piloted valve that controls pressure.
