Pressure limited flow priority boost
A hydraulic valve assembly includes an inlet; an outlet; a pressure compensator upstream of the inlet; and a pressure limited flow priority boost valve spool movable between a first position and a second position and comprising an outer spool body and an inner spool body. The outer spool body includes deadhead meter notches disposed such that, in the first position, the spool closes fluid communication between the inlet and the pressure compensator, and such that, in the second position, the spool opens fluid communication between the inlet and the pressure compensator. The inner spool body is movable relative to the outer spool body and is configured to open fluid communication between the inlet and the outlet so as to bypass the compensator. The flow between the inlet and the compensator is a reduced pilot flow.
Regulating device for pump pressure and pump volumetric flow rate, having concentric control slide valves
A regulating device for use with a pump that has a hydraulically adjustable displacement volume, wherein the regulating device includes an inflow port, a return flow port, an actuating port, a control port, a first control slide valve, and a second control slide valve. The first control slide valve is linearly movable with respect to a center axis, the first control slide valve defining first and second orifices, which are adjustable jointly and in opposite directions. The second control slide valve is linearly movable and defines third and fourth orifices, which are adjustable jointly and in opposite directions. The second control slide valve is accommodated in a linearly movable manner within the first control slide valve.
Control Valve Compensation System
A control valve compensation system for producing both a pre-compensated and a post-compensated load sensing hydraulic directional control valve module, wherein both configurations use the same components except for a sliding compensating component. The control valve compensation system generally includes a hydraulic directional control valve housing which is adapted to be easily-interchangeable between a load sensing pre-compensated pressure configuration and a load sensing post-compensated pressure configuration by simply removing and replacing a different compensator assembly within the housing. The compensator assembly is adapted to direct oil flow through the housing while simultaneously providing compensation for the valve function. Directional valve assemblies may be provided, with the valve assemblies functioning to provide post-compensated functions, pre-compensated functions, and mixed pre- and post-compensated functions. These directional valve functions can be re-configured in the field by simply swapping the compensator assemblies to produce the desired functionality of the end-user at that particular time.

Valve with an Adjustable Flow Sharing Pressure Compensator
An example pressure compensator valve includes: a compensator spool; a first piston coupled to a distal end of, and ax-ially-movable with, the compensator spool; a second piston disposed at a proximal end of the compensator spool, wherein the compensator spool is axially movable relative to the second piston; and a compensator spring applying a biasing force on the compensator spool.

VALVE AND HYDRAULIC SYSTEM WITH THE SAME
Embodiments of the present invention disclose a valve. The valve includes: a valve casing, a main valve spool and a counterbalance valve spool. The counterbalance valve spool is disposed in a main valve spool internal cavity of the main valve spool and is slidable between a first counterbalance valve spool position and a second counterbalance valve spool position. The counterbalance valve spool includes: a counterbalance valve spool body; and a first counterbalance valve spool recess formed on an outer periphery of the counterbalance valve spool body. In a state where the counterbalance valve spool is in the first counterbalance valve spool position, an inlet of an outlet passage of the main valve spool is closed by the counterbalance valve spool; and in a state where the counterbalance valve spool is in the second counterbalance valve spool position, the inlet of the outlet passage of the main valve spool is opened by the counterbalance valve spool through the first counterbalance valve spool recess of the counterbalance valve spool, so that a second working port is in communication with a return port through an inlet passage configured for the second working port, the first counterbalance valve spool recess and the outlet passage.
