Piston lock system for agricultural equipment

A piston lock system having first and second cylinders, first and second pistons telescopically connected to the cylinders, and first and second piston locks. The piston locks are movable in a transverse direction within a planar region between the cylinders, between unlocked positions in which the piston locks are not located between the free ends of the cylinders and the free ends of the piston, and locked positions in which the piston locks are located between the free cylinder ends and the free piston ends. A control link is operatively connected to the piston locks, and configured to simultaneously move the piston locks between the locked and unlocked positions.

A cylinder propping system includes a sleeve and a locking member. The sleeve includes an outer wall that defines an inner cavity and a ledge. The inner cavity is sized to receive at least a portion of a cylinder assembly therein. A first end of the outer wall is configured to hingedly couple to one end of the cylinder assembly. The ledge is spaced apart from the first end. The locking member is sized to engage with the ledge, between the ledge and a cylinder housing of the cylinder assembly, to prevent movement of the cylinder housing in at least one direction along a central axis of the sleeve.

PIVOTING SAFETY STOP FOR A BALL-JOINTED CYLINDER

An actuator assembly for moving an implement attached to an agricultural vehicle. The actuator assembly includes an actuator comprising a longitudinal axis, a cylinder extending along the longitudinal axis, and a piston rod extending from the cylinder along the longitudinal axis and that is configured to be attached to the implement at a connection point. A safety stop is pivotably attached at the connection point and is movable between a deployed position where the safety stop is configured to block retraction of the actuator, and a retracted position where the safety stop is not configured to block retraction of the actuator. The safety stop is configured to rotate with respect to the actuator about a first rotational axis that is orthogonal to the longitudinal axis, as well as a second rotational axis that is orthogonal to both the longitudinal axis and the first rotational axis.

PISTON LOCK SYSTEM FOR AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT

A piston lock system comprising: a cylinder, a rod receiver fixed to the cylinder, a piston slidably mounted to the cylinder, and a rod fixed to a free end of the piston and extending parallel to the piston to be located within the rod receiver. The piston and rod are movable relative to the cylinder and rod receiver between a retracted position and an extended position. A lock pin is mounted to the rod receiver and movable between a unlocked position in which the lock pin does not intersect a path of the rod, and a locked position in which the lock pin intersects the path of the rod and prevents the rod and piston from moving to the retracted position. Lock pins of multiple actuators can be connected to operate in unison.

Valve and reservoir(s) for pressurized fluid

A valve for pressurized fluid having a body housing a fluid circuit having an upstream end configured to be placed in communication with a reserve of pressurized fluid and a downstream end configured to be placed in communication with a user of fluid, the circuit having a collection of valve shutter(s) having at least one shutoff valve shutter allowing the circuit to be closed or opened, the valve having a member for manually controlling the collection of valve shutter(s), the control member being mounted to allow the body to move between a rest position in which the collection of valve shutter(s) is in a position in which the circuit is closed and an active position in which the control member actuates the collection of valve shutter(s) into a position in which the circuit is open with a first bore section

HYDRAULIC LOCKING DEVICE FOR AN EXOSKELETON JOINT AND EXOSKELETON JOINT

A hydraulic locking device for an exoskeleton joint with an extendable and retractable hydraulic cylinder, a tank and a switching valve. The hydraulic cylinder is connected to the tank via a line arrangement and the switching valve is disposed in the line arrangement. The switching valve is switchable between a release position and a blocking position. The hydraulic cylinder is freely movable in the release position of the switching valve, and the switching valve prevents retraction of the hydraulic cylinder in the blocking position. The hydraulic locking device further comprises a housing, and the hydraulic cylinder is a plunger cylinder with a plunger cylinder housing and a plunger piston movably arranged in the plunger cylinder housing, the plunger cylinder being arranged within the housing. Further, an exoskeleton joint having such a hydraulic locking device is disclosed.
