Power units with manual override controls for hydraulic systems
A power unit with manual override control for a hydraulic system having an initial state and at least one operational state is provided, comprising: a tank for storing hydraulic fluid that moves between a first chamber and a second chamber of a hydraulic cylinder; a pump that routes the hydraulic fluid in and out of the tank; a first relief valve; a first solenoid valve configured to shift between a plurality of positions based on the at least one operational state of the hydraulic system; a first check valve connected to the first solenoid valve; a manual override control unit comprising: a second check valve; and a second solenoid valve configured to shift between a plurality of positions based on activation of a manual override control, wherein the activation of the manual override control returns the hydraulic system from the at least one operational state to the initial state.
Selector control valve
A selector control that is manually operable by a user for activating or deactivating a primary control or a secondary control. The selector control may include a first state for activating the primary control and deactivating the secondary control, a second state for activating the secondary control and deactivating the primary control, and a failsafe state for deactivating both the primary control and the secondary control. The selector control may be configured to maintain the second state independent of continuous user input being applied to the selector control, and configured to maintain the first state when continuous user input is applied to the selector control. The selector control is normally biased toward the failsafe state such that the selector control automatically selects the failsafe state when the user discontinues applying the user input for maintaining the first state. The selector control has particular application for use in controlling a boom of a work vehicle.
Valve device
A valve device that changes the direction of flow of a hydraulic fluid supplied to and discharged from a cylinder mechanism to actuate the cylinder mechanism, the valve device including: a control valve including a main spool axially movable between different positions; a lock valve including a plunger and a pressure chamber; and a selector valve including a selector spool operable in conjunction with the main spool to axially move between different positions, the selector spool being located adjacent to the main spool and having an axis crossing an axis of the main spool.
Gangway having self-raising assembly
A gangway comprises a fixed platform and a support structure connected to the fixed platform in a manner that allows the support structure to rotate with respect to the fixed platform between a raised stowed position and a lowered deployed position. A self-raising assembly is operative to rotate the support structure from the deployed position to the stowed position. The self-raising assembly includes at least one fluid actuated cylinder connected between the fixed platform and a distal end of the support structure. A raising actuator is usable by an operator to cause operation of the cylinder in a manner that rotates the support structure toward the stowed position.

Integral Hydraulic System
The disclosure provides an integral hydraulic system, which includes a valve board, a lift cylinder and a reservoir connected into one integral valve body, wherein the integral valve body is further connected to an electric motor and a hydraulic gear pump, so as to form a complete power unit that includes all the valves utilized in the different functions that control a hydraulic fluid circuit in lifting and lowering of a plunger rod of the lift cylinder.
