In the normal state (Z1) a flow can pass through the first compressed-air passage (14) both in the outflow direction (R1) and in an oppositely directed inflow direction (R2). In the sealing state (Z2) a flow can pass through the first compressed-air passage (14) only in the outflow direction (R1).

In a hydraulic system which is biased to a minimum system pressure using a bias valve or other flow obstruction disposed in a tank line, there is provided in a bypass line to the bias valve an evacuating and filling valve through which the hydraulic system is first evacuatable and subsequently fillable with a hydraulic fluid. The valve closes the bypass when a differential pressure overcomes a preadjusted force of a spring element. For this purpose, the valve possesses a displaceably mounted valve body with an integrated throttle and a seal face which closes a through opening when the valve body is shifted against the bias force of the spring element due to the pressure difference.

Hydraulic system with energy recovery

A hydraulic system for recovering hydraulic energy, the hydraulic system made of at least: a first actuator for generating hydraulic energy and providing fluid under pressure; a tank line for receiving the fluid under pressure drained from the first actuator; a second actuator driven by the fluid under pressure drained from the first actuator; a recovery line for supplying the fluid under pressure drained from the first actuator. The system further includes a pressure compensating valve which controls flow of fluid in the tank line and maintains a fluid pressure differential across a first directional control valve. The first pressure compensating valve is provided with a first fluid pressure sensing line in communication with the recovery line and a second fluid pressure sensing line in communication with the first actuator.

A hydraulic system is provided, the hydraulic system including a hydraulic load defining a first chamber and a second chamber. Additionally, the hydraulic system includes a pressure source, a fluid storage vessel, a load sense line, and a spool valve. The spool valve fluidly connects the fluid storage vessel to one of the first or second chambers and fluidly connects the pressure source to the other of the first or second chambers. A bypass line is also provided defining a flow path between the hydraulic load and the fluid storage vessel that bypasses the spool valve. Fluid flow may encounter less resistance through the bypass line, such that the hydraulic system may run more efficiently and with a reduced risk for cavitation in the hydraulic load.
