20230049370 · 2023-02-16 ·

A hydraulic system for a working vehicle includes a first hydraulic pump to deliver pilot fluid to a control valve for a hydraulic actuator whose highest load pressure acts on a first fluid passage, and a second hydraulic pump to deliver hydraulic fluid whose pressure acts on a second fluid passage. A hydraulic controller is operable to control a load-sensing (LS) differential pressure between the highest load pressure and a delivery pressure of the hydraulic fluid from the second hydraulic pump. A third fluid passage to which the second hydraulic pump delivers the hydraulic fluid branches to a fourth fluid passage for flow of the pilot fluid. A solenoid valve is operable to change a pilot pressure of the pilot fluid for the hydraulic controller, and a controller is configured or programmed to control the solenoid valve to adjust the pilot pressure to change the LS differential pressure.

An object of the invention is to achieve a travel speed known in the art during travelling operation, improve energy efficiency by reducing energy loss, and obtain favorable travel operability less susceptible to effects from variations in a travel load and changes in a pump delivery pressure when travelling operation is performed through operation of a travel lever over a half stroke range or less. A variable restrictor valve 80 is disposed in parallel with a flow sensing valve 50 of an engine speed sensing valve unit 13. A travel pilot pressure is adapted to act in an opening direction of the variable restrictor valve 80. The variable restrictor valve 80 is set to have a continuously increasing opening area from a full closure to a maximum with an increasing travel pilot pressure. Travel flow control valves 6d and 6e have an opening area that allows a predetermined flow rate QT required for traveling to be obtained even when a target LS differential pressure is decreased to a second specified value Pa3 when the travel lever is fully operated. In a first half of a spool stroke, the travel flow control valves 6d and 6e have an opening area approximate to an opening area of comparative example 1.

A hydraulic control assembly for a plurality of consumers includes, for each consumer, a supply metering orifice configured to control fluid flow. A flow-sensing fluid-flow-path extends over detection orifices positioned hydraulically in series, whereby a detection orifice is assigned to each supply metering orifice. The fluid-flow-path is connected to a hydraulic pump upstream of the detection orifices, and a control device of the hydraulic pump downstream of the detection orifices. Each detection orifice is configured to close the fluid-flow-path upon detecting a fluid supply deficiency for a corresponding consumer, whereby the control device is configured to interact with the fluid-flow-path such that fluid flow from the hydraulic pump is increased. When no customers have a supply deficiency, the fluid-flow-path over the detection orifices is fully opened, and the control device is configured to reduce fluid flow from the hydraulic pump.

A system for damping mass-induced vibrations in a machine having a long boom or elongate member, the movement of which causes mass-induced vibration in such boom or elongate member. The system comprises multiple pressure sensors operable to measure pressure fluctuations in the hydraulic fluid pressures in the non-load holding and load holding chambers of a hydraulic actuator connected to the boom or elongate member that result from mass-induced vibration, and a processing unit operable to control a first control valve spool in a pressure control mode and a second control valve spool in a flow control mode in order to adjust hydraulic fluid flow to the actuator's load holding chamber to dampen the mass-induced vibration. The system further comprises a control manifold fluidically interposed between the actuator and control valve spools that causes the first and second control valve spools to operate, respectively, in pressure and flow control modes.

In a hydraulic drive system used for an electrically driven hydraulic work machine that drives a hydraulic pump by an electric motor and supplies a hydraulic fluid to plural actuators to carry out work, the power consumption of the hydraulic pump is kept from exceeding a value decided in advance. For this purpose, a controller calculates target power to be consumed by the hydraulic pump on the basis of the capacity of the hydraulic pump, the delivery pressure of the hydraulic pump sensed by a pressure sensor, and a target revolution speed of the electric motor, and limits the target revolution speed of the electric motor in such a manner that the target power falls within a range of the maximum allowable power.

HYDRAULIC ARRANGEMENT FOR HYBRID PRIORITY VALVE

A hydraulic arrangement for distributing a fluid in pressure coming from a source among multiple hydraulic units of a work vehicle. At least one of the hydraulic units provides an electronic load sensing signal and of the hydraulic units provides a hydraulic load sensing signal. The hydraulic arrangement includes a priority valve configured to divide the flow of fluid between the hydraulic units. The priority valve and source are hydraulically controlled by a first hydraulic load sensing signal resulting as the greatest of a plurality of hydraulic load pressure signals taken from the hydraulic unit. The hydraulic arrangement also includes a conversion unit configured to transform an electronic load sensing signal of at least one of the hydraulic units in an equivalent hydraulic load sensing signal so as to define the first hydraulic load sensing signal.

Pressure compensating valves not fully closing at the stroke end are employed, and upon the operator's operation for the traveling, pilot primary pressure is reduced and supplied to remote control valves 34c-34h of non-travel operating devices. Thus, the inflow of the hydraulic fluid into non-travel actuators is suppressed and a necessary amount of hydraulic fluid for travel motors is secured in travel combined operation. Accordingly, when saturation occurs in a construction machine's hydraulic drive system performing the load sensing control due to combined operation with a great load pressure difference between two actuators, deceleration/stoppage of an actuator on the low load pressure side is prevented by preventing full closure of the pressure compensating valve on the low load pressure side, while also preventing deceleration/stoppage of a high load pressure actuator by securing a necessary amount of hydraulic fluid for the high load pressure actuator.
