Baler connectable to a tractor for providing round bales and method for producing round bales
A baler includes a chamber having a fixed size that receives crops and houses a formed bale. A tailgate is connected to a frame and is movable between a closed position, for cooperating with the frame to delimit the chamber, and an open position, for discharging the formed bale. A conveying assembly delimits the chamber for imparting a rotating movement to the crops contained in the chamber, and has a first portion provided in the frame and a second portion provided in the tailgate. An actuator includes a closing chamber and moves the tailgate from the open position to the closed position upon receiving an actuating fluid in the closing chamber. A binder binds the formed bale, and a pressure sensor detects a control signal representative of a pressure inside the closing chamber of the actuator. A control unit generates an alert signal as a function of the control signal.
Hydraulic system for baler implement gate
A hydraulic system for a rear gate of a baler implement includes a fluid circuit having a first portion connected to and disposed in fluid communication with a first fluid port of a hydraulic cylinder. A flow bypass assembly is disposed in the first portion of the fluid circuit. The flow bypass assembly includes a flow rate control valve selectively moveable between a first position allowing fluid communication therethrough at a first flow rate, and a second position blocking fluid communication therethrough. The flow bypass assembly further includes a bypass passageway for circulating the fluid when the flow rate control valve is closed. A flow restriction is disposed within the bypass passageway to provide a second flow rate that is less than the first flow rate.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING HYDRAULIC FLUID FLOW WITHIN A WORK VEHICLE
A system for controlling hydraulic fluid flow within a work vehicle includes a load sense valve configured to adjust the pressure of a bleed flow within a load sense conduit. Moreover, the system includes a computing system configured to determine the pressure of the hydraulic fluid within the fluid supply conduit downstream of the flow control valve based on the data captured by a pressure sensor. Furthermore, the computing device is configured to control an operation of the load sense valve to selectively adjust the pressure of the bleed flow within the load sense conduit based on the determined pressure.
METHOD FOR DETECTING LEAKS IN A GAS NETWORK UNDER PRESSURE OR UNDER VACUUM AND GAS NETWORK
A method is provided for detecting and quantifying leaks in a gas network under pressure or vacuum. The gas network may have a sensor(s) capable of recording the status of a source(s), consumers, consumer areas or applications. The method includes: a start-up phase; a training or estimation phase; and an operational phase. The operational phase includes: reading out the first group of sensors; calculating or determining the value of a second group of sensors from the readings from the first group of sensors; comparing the calculated or determined values of the second group of sensors with the read values of the second group of sensors and determining the difference between them; determining, on the basis of a residual value analysis, whether there is a leak in the gas network; generating an alarm and/or generating a leakage rate and/or generating the corresponding leakage cost if a leak is detected.
METHOD FOR DETECTING OBSTRUCTIONS IN A GAS NETWORK UNDER PRESSURE OR UNDER VACUUM AND GAS NETWORK
A method is provided for detecting and quantifying obstructions in a gas network under pressure or vacuum. The gas network may be provided with a sensor(s) capable of recording the status of a source(s), consumers, or consumer areas. The method includes: a possible start-up phase; a baseline or zero phase; and an operational phase. The operational phase includes: reading out the first group and second group of sensors; re-estimating, determining or calculating the physical model or mathematical relationship on the basis of the read measurements from the sensors; determining or calculating of the existence of an obstruction in the system based on the difference and/or its derivatives between the parameters of the physical model or mathematical relationship as determined during the baseline or zero phase and the operational phase; generating an alarm and/or generating a degree of obstruction and/or generating the corresponding obstruction if an obstruction is detected.
Hydraulic Drive System for Work Machine
When hydraulic fluid discharged from a hydraulic actuator is to be recovered for driving a different hydraulic actuator, the recovery frequency is increased to achieve further energy saving. To this end, a pressure increasing circuit 36 is provided in which a communication pressure increasing valve 12 is disposed in a communication passage 26 that connects a bottom side line 23 of and a rod side line 24 a boom cylinder 4. A recovery control valve 11 is controlled such that, when a first operation unit 5 is operated in a boom lowering direction (own weight falling direction of the boom) and a second operation unit 6 is operated simultaneously, only if the pressure at the bottom side of the boom cylinder 4 is higher than the pressure at the arm cylinder side that is a recovery destination of hydraulic fluid, the recovery control valve 11 is opened to recover the flow rate discharged from the bottom side of the boom cylinder 4 to the arm cylinder side.
