Crop machine with an electronically controlled hydraulic cylinder flotation system
A header is supported by a pair of hydraulic float cylinders, where a float pressure to the cylinders is directly controlled by an electronic control supplying a variable control signal to a PPRR valve arrangement to maintain the float pressure at a predetermined value. At the set pressure a predetermined lifting force is provided to the header. A position sensor is used to generate an indication of movement and/or acceleration and/or velocity. The electronic control is arranged, in response to changes in the sensor signal, to temporarily change the control signal to vary the lifting force and thus change the dynamic response of the hydraulic float cylinder. A lift force greater than that required to lift the header can be provided by a lift cylinder and can be opposed in a controlled manner to apply a controlled downforce by the back of the same cylinder or by a separate component.
HYDRAULIC CONTROL SYSTEM FOR LINEAR ACTUATION
A hydraulic control system for linear actuation that includes an electric motor connected to a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic cylinder connected to the pump by a first flow line. A pressure transducer, a pressure control valve, and a check valve are connected to the first flow line between the pump and the cylinder and a tank is connected to the pump by a second flow line and the cylinder by a return line. A control valve is connected between the first flow line and the return line.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR HYDRO-MECHANICAL MACHINES COMPRISING ROTARY MECHANISM AND BOOM CYLINDER
This disclosure relates to a hydraulic system for a hydro-mechanical machine comprising a rotary mechanism and a boom cylinder The hydraulic system includes a primary accumulator configured to receive and store high-pressure fluid in response to starting and stopping of the rotary mechanism. A control system configured to enable passage of the high-pressure fluid stored in the primary accumulator to a rotary control valve configured to control the rotary mechanism, and a boom control valve configured to control the boom cylinder through the hydraulic supply circuit, based on a predefined pressure threshold associated with the primary accumulator. A secondary accumulator coupled to the primary accumulator and the control system via the hydraulic supply circuit is configured to store surplus high-pressure fluid provided by the primary accumulator through the hydraulic supply circuit.
HYDRAULIC MACHINE
A hydraulic machine is provided. A boom actuator includes a large chamber and a small chamber. A recovery unit receives fluid discharged from the large chamber and then recovers energy. A recovery line connects the large chamber and the recovery unit. An accumulator is connected to the recovery line. A jack-up assist line connects the accumulator and the small chamber. A jack-up assist valve is disposed on the jack-up assist line to block flow of fluid from the accumulator to the small chamber in a first position and allow the flow of fluid from the accumulator to the small chamber in a second position. A controller controls movement of the jack-up assist valve. The controller may determine whether or not the hydraulic machine is in a jack-up condition, and when the hydraulic machine is determined to be in the jack-up condition, moves the jack-up assist valve to the second position.
HYDRAULIC MACHINE
A hydraulic machine. A boom actuator includes a large chamber and a small chamber. A recovery unit receives fluid discharged from the large chamber and then recovers energy. A recovery line connects the large chamber and the recovery unit. An accumulator is connected to a first point on the recovery line. A discharge valve is disposed on the recovery line between the first point and the recovery unit. A first sensor measures a pressure in the accumulator. A controller controls opening and closing of the discharge valve. The controller performs anti-bouncing control of: determining a target pressure in the accumulator corresponding to a load pressure applied to fluid in the large chamber by a load according to a predetermined correspondence; and controlling the opening and closing of the discharge valve such that the pressure in the accumulator measured by the first sensor reaches the target pressure.
DUAL POWER ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC MOTION CONTROL SYSTEM
The present disclosure relates to a motion control unit that is capable of receiving electrical power from an electrical power source and hydraulic power from a hydraulic power source. The motion control is configured to produce a blended power output derived from the electrical and hydraulic power which can be used to power a hydraulic actuator. The motion control unit can also split hydraulic power recovered from hydraulic actuator to the electrical power source and the hydraulic power source.
Construction vehicle
Provided is a construction vehicle including: a rolling-use hydraulic pump coupled to an output shaft of an engine and supplying hydraulic oil to a rolling-use hydraulic circuit; a task-use hydraulic pump coupled to the output shaft of the engine and supplying the hydraulic oil to a task-use hydraulic circuit; and an overspeed suppression mechanism configured to activate the task-use hydraulic pump to suppress overspeed of the engine when a load equal to or greater than allowable rotation speed is applied from the rolling-use hydraulic pump to the output shaft of the engine.
Construction Machine
The object of the present invention resides in provision of a construction machine in which a hydraulic cylinder can be driven in a high efficiency by an accumulator. To this end, the construction machine including: a hydraulic cylinder; a first accumulator that accumulates return fluid from the hydraulic cylinder with a first set pressure; a tank that stores hydraulic fluid therein; a first hydraulic pump that delivers the hydraulic fluid sucked from the tank; a hydraulic actuator that is driven by the first hydraulic pump; and a second accumulator that accumulates return fluid from the hydraulic actuator with a second set pressure, includes a first control valve placed in a first hydraulic line that connects the first accumulator and the hydraulic cylinder to each other, and a second control valve placed in a second hydraulic line that connects the second accumulator and the hydraulic cylinder to each other. The second set pressure is set to a value higher than that of the first set pressure.
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR A MOBILE RESCUE STRETCHER AND MOBILE RESCUE STRETCHER
A hydraulic system for a mobile rescue stretcher has a hydraulic cylinder, with first and second working chambers, a tank and pump. The first and second chambers are connected to the pump via first and second line arrangements, respectively, and can be pressurized by the pump. Hydraulic fluid flows out of the first chamber via the first line arrangement when pressure is applied to the second chamber. The first line arrangement has a first check valve which opens when pressure is applied to the second line arrangement. Hydraulic fluid flows out of the second chamber via the second line arrangement when pressure is applied to the first chamber. The second line arrangement has a first branch line connected to the pump and a second branch line connected to the tank. A pressure valve in the second branch line opens when pressure is applied to the second line arrangement.
