HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR A MOBILE RESCUE STRETCHER AND MOBILE RESCUE STRETCHER
A hydraulic system for a mobile rescue stretcher has a hydraulic cylinder, with first and second working chambers, a tank and pump. The first and second chambers are connected to the pump via first and second line arrangements, respectively, and can be pressurized by the pump. Hydraulic fluid flows out of the first chamber via the first line arrangement when pressure is applied to the second chamber. The first line arrangement has a first check valve which opens when pressure is applied to the second line arrangement. Hydraulic fluid flows out of the second chamber via the second line arrangement when pressure is applied to the first chamber. The second line arrangement has a first branch line connected to the pump and a second branch line connected to the tank. A pressure valve in the second branch line opens when pressure is applied to the second line arrangement.
POSITIONING VALVE CONTROL SYSTEM
A valving system has an actuator member connected to move with an actuator piston and change the position of a valve member. There is a smaller face fluid chamber acting on a small area piston face, and a larger face fluid chamber acting on a larger face of the actuator piston. The torque motor has an armature and a flapper caused to move by current received at the armature. The flapper moves between two fluid ports to control the pressure in the larger face chamber. The flapper further has a positioning extension engaging a first feedback spring operable between it and a forward face of the actuator piston and providing a spring force in combination with a spring force from the positioning extension. A control is operable to provide current to the armature to control the fluid received in the larger face chamber. The controller is programmed to associate the current supplied to the armature to an actual position of the valve member. A method is also disclosed.
Hydraulic pump to synchronize the operation of a pair of hydraulic actuators
A hydraulic pump to synchronize the operation of a pair of hydraulic actuators wherein each hydraulic actuator comprises a cylinder including a first fluid port and a second fluid port formed in the proximal and distal end portions thereof respectively and having a piston disposed therein coupled to a piston rod at least partially disposed within the corresponding cylinder. The dual hydraulic pump includes a triple gear assembly to alternately feed pressurized hydraulic fluid to the first fluid port of each hydraulic actuator simultaneously or the second fluid port of each hydraulic actuator simultaneously to synchronize the linear movement of each piston and piston rod in a first direction or a second direction.

Hydraulic implement fluid recovery
An implement includes a mechanical coupling component configured to removably couple the implement to a support machine, a hydraulic fluid supply line configured to receive a supply flow of hydraulic fluid under pressure from a hydraulic system associated with the support machine, and a hydraulically-powered component configured to be actuated using the hydraulic fluid. The implement also includes a hydraulic fluid recovery system comprising a hydraulic fluid return line configured to fluidically couple to the hydraulic system associated with the support machine and provide a return flow of hydraulic fluid to the hydraulic system. A hydraulic fluid reservoir is configured to, when the hydraulic fluid return line is decoupled from the hydraulic system associated with the support machine, receive a portion of the hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic fluid return line when a fluid pressure in the hydraulic fluid return line increases to a pressure threshold.

Hydraulic system for a work machine having a hydraulic winch
A hydraulic system for powering a winch assembly of a work machine includes a hydraulic reservoir, a pump, a cooling system, a first path of travel, and a second path of travel. The first path of travel is disposed between the pump and the cooling system, and the winch assembly is powered by the hydraulic fluid moving along the first path of travel. The second path of travel is disposed between the pump and the cooling system. When the winch assembly is in an active condition, a first valve is in an open position such that the hydraulic fluid moves along the first path of travel and through the cooling system. When the winch assembly is in an idle condition, a second valve is in an open position such that the hydraulic fluid moves along the second path of travel and through the cooling system.

High-low hydraulic system for balers, compactors and transfer station compactors
The present invention provides an improved high-low hydraulic system for compacting machinery, such as balers, horizontal balers, compactors, transfer station compactors, and the like. The high-low hydraulic system comprises at least one double rotary pump, a plurality of directional control valves, a pilot-operated back pressure reducing valve, a flow control valve, a plurality of one-way valves, and a plurality of pressure switches. The high-low hydraulic system may be regenerative or non-regenerative and provides many advantages over conventional hydraulic systems. Such advantages include greater system efficiency due to a reduced back pressure during the time of the retraction stroke and clever flow sequencing, mitigation of hydraulic shocks at the beginning and end of compaction and retraction strokes, and reduced cycle time of the cylinder during operation due to the concurrent filling of the rod end side during decompression of the blind end side after the compaction stroke. Moreover, the present high-low hydraulic system allows for the cylinder to operate at three or more independent speeds.
