Transmission box (1) comprising an output shaft (5) made of a single piece or at least two shaft sections (5A, 5B), said shaft being insertable into the box (2) in the closed state of the box (2) through at least one (3) of the openings (3, 4) referred to as the insertion opening (3) in the box (2), the box (1) further comprising at least one device (8) for limiting the axial displacement of the output shaft (5) or the output shaft section (5A; 5B), this axial displacement limitation device (8) can be activated to pass from an inactive state to an active state in which any axial displacement of the output shaft (5) or of the output shaft section (5A; 5B) inside the box (1) according to at least one direction opposite to the direction of insertion of the output shaft (5) or the output shaft section into the box (1) is limited or prevented is a device (8) that can be activated in the closed state of the box (1) and is configured to, in the closed state of the box (1), to pass from an inactive state to an active state depending on the position occupied by the output shaft (5) or the output shaft section (5A; 5B) in said box (1) by simple displacement of the output shaft (5) or the output shaft section (5A; 5B) from the or at least one of the insertion openings (3) in the box (1) in the direction of the inside of the box (1).

Connection system

Aspects of novel connection systems and methods are disclosed herein. A partially hollow nose is configured to one of connect a pathway to a body catch to accept a quick connect body (QCB) or mate with a connection system configured to be inserted into a shaped cavity in the nose; and, a quick connect module (QCM) and the nose are configured to cooperate to accept insertion of the QCB through the side wall of the nose into the body catch of the QCM; wherein the QCB affixes the QCM into the nose; and, wherein pushing on the button at one end of the QCB compresses the integral biasing arm of said QCB opening a catch and release interface to accept a tool.

A footman loop clip includes a body and a bend formed in the body such that an end of the body is inboard of the bend, the body having an aperture. A pin passes through the aperture and has a pin head on one end, and a pull feature on the other end. A spring biases the pull feature toward the body. The pull feature is biased toward the body and when the pull feature is pulled a gap is formed and increased between the pin head and the end of the body.

CHAIR

A folding chair includes front and rear supports that fold and/or retract into central beams to reduce the space occupied by the chair in a folded configuration. A backrest is coupled to the central beams with a hub that allows an angle of the backrest relative to the central beams to be selected and for the backrest to be folded flat relative to the central beams. One or more actuators and pin actuators may control the relative movements of the backrest, front support, rear support, and central beams.

A device for releasing a panel of an aircraft, the device being configured to be secured to a support, the support having an opening and the device being attached to cover a periphery of the opening, the device comprising a panel configured to be arranged at least opposite the opening. Such a device comprises: at least two ejector members, each of the at least two ejector members comprising at least one link; and at least one control member for applying a pulling force to the at least one link.

TANGENTIAL PIN CONNECTION

A strong connection that ensures alignment between components and which is capable of being used for high-pressure applications. The connection is held together with one or more pins that are positioned tangentially along the interfacing plane of the components and which pins are positioned such that they are placed in sheer along a significant portion of their length instead of merely across their diameter. The pins can be held in place with one or more structures, which can include threaded fasteners, to prevent the pins from being inadvertently removed.

A cushioning member includes a support portion, a first latch portion, a second latch portion, a first connection portion, a second connection portion, a first guide portion and a second guide portion. The first guide portion, the first latch portion, and the first connection portion are arranged opposite to the second connection portion, the second latch portion and the second guide portion on basis of the support portion as a center. When the first and second latch portions are in a relaxed state, a width of the support portion in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction is greater than a width of the first latch portion and a width of the second latch portion in the direction.

Convertible access panel latch assembly

A latch assembly for a heating, ventilation, and/or air conditioning (HVAC) enclosure includes a latch having a securement portion configured to couple to an access panel of the enclosure and having a rotational portion. The rotational portion has an engagement feature configured to engage with a tool face or a tool receptacle and the rotational portion has a first retainer adjacent to the engagement feature. The rotational portion is configured to rotate relative to the securement portion such that a locking portion of the rotational portion transitions between a closed configuration and an open configuration. The latch assembly includes a handle accessory having a handle engagement driver configured to engage with the engagement feature of the rotational portion along a first linking axis and having a second retainer configured to couple with the first retainer of the rotational portion along a second linking axis, transverse to the first linking axis.
