Each of the plurality of lobes has a leading edge. In some examples, a plurality of grooves of the exterior surface form a chevron groove pattern on each of the plurality of lobes.

The screw 5 is threaded with maintaining prevailing torque caused by the internal stress, which enables the screw 5 to be fastened to the right position.

The structural design of the desulfurization unit of the SOFC system can effectively solve the problem of slow temperature rise of the desulfurizing agent in the desulfurization unit of the SOFC system.

The attachment mechanism allows the replaceable nut to be attached within and detached from the insertable housing. The retaining mechanism further secures the replaceable nut within the insertable housing and also prevents the replaceable nut from rotating within the insertable housing.

The insert has an inner and outer threaded surface, and the inner threads are merely partially formed in the inner cavity of the insert, leaving an unthreaded surface proximate the end of the insert. The insert has a shoulder with a greater diameter than the hole into which it is inserted, to stop further insertion. The insert can be threaded into the hole using the thread chaser bit screwed insert, and continued rotation of the chaser past a thread stop can form remaining threads, allowing for application of torque to install the insert in the component.

Structural connector for fastening structural components in insulated concrete formwork

The present invention relates to a device and a method associated with the device. With respect to the device, it is a structural connector for fastening structural components in insulated concrete formwork (ICF). The structural connector consists of a double threaded cylinder bolt assembly that aligns through openings in the ICF wall. One end of the cylinder bolt assembly embeds into the cavity of the ICF wall where openings in the cylinder bolt assembly receive concrete and reinforcement bars. The other end of the cylinder bolt assembly is threaded to receive a double threaded washer head bolt. The cylinder bolt assembly is used to mount ledger boards, floor joist hangers and roof truss connectors to the ICF wall, locking them together acting as one unit in withstanding bending and uplift loads imposed by large forces such as floor and roof truss systems.
