An air space is formed between the suction elastic portion and the attached surface. The pressing element is connected to the suction element and includes a pressing elastic portion. The pressing elastic portion is disposed farther away from the attached surface than the suction elastic portion therefrom. The pressure adjusting element is connected to the suction element. The pressure adjusting element is able to drive the suction elastic portion to be deformed, so that a volume of the air space is able to become greater.

A method for fixing a component to an elevator system shaft wall includes: prefixing the component to the shaft wall by a self-adhesive element attached or applied to a first part of a contact surface of the component; and applying a curing adhesive layer to a second part of the contact surface between the contact surface and a fixing region of the shaft wall. The component can be a rail bracket for fixing a guide rail of the elevator system wherein the component forms the contact surface for flat fixing of the component to the shaft wall, the self-adhesive element is arranged between the first part of the contact surface and the fixing region of the shaft wall and the adhesive layer is arranged in the second part of the contact surface in a fixed state of the component to the shaft wall.

A helmet mount system for attaching a device to a helmet comprises a threaded interface assembly having an outer portion and a threaded insert received within a cavity formed in the outer portion. The outer portion has an inward facing surface configured to receive an adhesive layer for coupling the inward facing surface to a surface of the helmet. In a further aspect, a ballistic helmet having the helmet mount system herein is provided, wherein the helmet mount system does not penetrate a ballistic layer of the ballistic shell.

Disclosed herein are devices and systems for detachably mounting accessories, such as kitchen and bath accessories. In one aspect, a disclosed system encompasses a caddy device for detachably coupling at least one accessory; and at least one accessory configured to detachably couple to the caddy device. The caddy device may be mounted to any surface and used for detachable coupling one or more accessories, such as a kitchen sponge or brush. Also disclosed herein are kits and methods for using the disclosed devices and systems.
