Clip assembly for holding a component during a vehicle assembly/disassembly process

A clip assembly for holding a component during a vehicle assembly/disassembly process. This clip assembly includes a clip structure coupled to one of a component and an associated structure of a vehicle and a corresponding receptacle structure manufactured into the other of the component and the associated structure of the vehicle. When the clip structure is engaged with the corresponding receptacle structure, the clip assembly holds the component with respect to the associated structure along three (orthogonal) axes, preventing translation of the component with respect to the associated structure in one or both directions along each axis. Along one of the axes, the engagement of the clip structure with the corresponding receptacle structure can be overcome by the application of a sufficiently high force to the component, thereby disengaging the clip structure from the corresponding receptacle structure and the component from the associated structure.

An anchorless-installed wall-mount bracket system comprising a plurality of wall-penetrating fasteners. A wall-mount portion constructed to orient the wall-penetrating fasteners for supporting a load. A load bearing portion constructed to support the load at a hanging distance from the wall-mount portion. The load bearing portion extending laterally away from the wall-mount portion. Afinial attachment feature constructed to support any one of a plurality of distinct finials adapted for use with the wall-mount bracket system. The finial attachment feature disposed on the load bearing portion so that a finial attached thereto is at least partially exposed beyond the load when the load is disposed at the hanging distance.

Fastener assembly

A fastener assembly includes a head unit, a fastening part allowing a lower end of the head unit to be coupled thereto, and a fixing part allowing an upper end of the head unit to be inserted thereinto. The head unit includes a head part inserted into an insertion hole of the fixing part, and a guide part configured to be inserted into a longitudinal hole formed in the fastening part and to be in contact with a rear surface of the fastening part, the guide part being configured to be inserted into the longitudinal hole and be rotated such that the head unit is coupled to the fastening part.

FASTENING APPARATUS

A fastening apparatus includes an annular base element having an assembly wall for abutting a first component and a first fastening wall for abutting the second component, and an assembly element having a bottom wall. To enable passage through a second through-opening of the second component, the assembly element has a smaller diameter than the base element. At least two diametrically opposed foldable retaining arms are arranged radially circumferentially and connect the assembly wall to the assembly element. The retaining arms are each connected to the assembly element and the base element via a respective joint and form an articulated joint in the region between the joints. A region of the retaining arms between the articulated joints and the assembly wall forms a fastening portion, and at least one catching device is provided to connect the base element to the assembly element in an assembly position.

IMPROVED HOLDER ARRANGEMENT COMPRISING A BRACKET AND A SPACER, AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A SPACER

The invention relates to a holder arrangement for holding routing media, such as a cable or the like to a support structure. The holder arrangement comprises a spacer being configured for attachment to the support structure, and a bracket comprising a routing media supporting portion and a spacer receiving portion for holding the spacer. The spacer receiving portion comprises an inner wall which is provided with a bracket axial locking arrangement configured for mating with corresponding spacer axial locking arrangement to axially lock the bracket in relation to the spacer.

Joined body and automobile seat frame

A joined body includes: a thin plate including through holes; first members each including: a base portion and a protruding portion inserted into one of the through holes; and a second member placed oppositely to the base portion via the thin plate and made of a material that is of a same kind as a material of the first members. The thin plate is made of a material having a specific gravity smaller than the materials of the first and the second members. The second member and an end portion of the protruding portion are connected together by melt-solidification. A post-joining hardness difference in a range of 30% along a direction orthogonal to a joint interface between the second member and the protruding portion, the range being centered on the joint interface, is equal to or less than 90% of a pre-joining hardness difference.

FIXING COMPONENT

A fixing component for releasably fixing an object housed within a hollow portion of a housing unit is provided with an opening narrower than the inside thereof. The fixing component has a head disposed rotatably at the opening of the housing unit. The head has a head main body disposed between the opposing surfaces of the opening. On the side peripheral surface of the head main body, radially loose-fit portions, which are loosely fitted between the opposing surfaces of the opening, and radially locked portions, which are locked between the opposing surfaces of the opening, are provided in the circumferential direction, and at positions corresponding to the radially locked portions of the head, axially locked portions, which protrude outward from the radially locked portions in the radial direction, are provided to allow attachment/detachment of the housed object and prevent the housed object from falling through the opening.
