Mechanical control arrangement for work vehicle
A work vehicle has an operator cabin and an adjustable seat, which is supported by a seat mount surface located within the operator cabin. An elongated opening opens to the interior of the cabin. A mechanical control system may include an operator input device, such as a joystick device, which is mounted to the adjustable seat and which moves therewith as the adjustable seat is slid along a first axis. The mechanical control system includes a port, which is located beneath the seat mount surface and spaced from the elongated opening. A mechanical linkage, such as a push-pull cable, extends from the operator input device, through the elongated opening and the port, and to the exterior of the operator cabin.
PARKING BRAKE DEVICE
A parking brake device includes a toggle mechanism including a base member, a connecting member, a brake lever, a junction member that connects an intermediate position of the brake lever with the connecting member. The junction member includes two junction parts that are connected to each other and are rotatable relative to each other. During a process of an operation of the braking lever from a non-operating state of the parking brake device to an operating state of the parking brake device, the two junction parts integrally rotate when an operation angle of the brake lever is equal to or less than a predetermined angle, and one of the two junction parts connected to the intermediate position of the brake lever is rotatable about a connecting portion where the two junction parts are connected.
Actuator for seat adjustment devices
An actuating drive, in particular for seat adjustment devices, comprising at least one electric motor, a downstream reduction gear, a coupling device which has a coupling engagement spring that ensures an engaged position of the coupling device during motorized operation and permits a manual disengagement against its coupling force. The coupling device has a coupling lever pivotably mounted in a pivot bearing of a bearing block. The coupling lever is connected at one end of the pivot bearing to a mechanical actuating unit and by which at the other end of the pivot bearing a coupling means can be adjusted to disengage the coupling device. The actuating drive ensures both reliable electrical and reliable manual operation, a high degree of efficiency during electrical operation and simple assembly for a generic actuating drive.
Tension cable control duplexer
An electric vehicle includes a charge port configured to selectively lock a charge plug to the charge port, a charge port door configured to provide access to the charge port, a charge port door lock configured to selectively lock the charge port door in a closed position, a primary manual release cable operably coupled to the charge port to manually unlock the charge plug from the charge port, and a secondary tension cable system coupled between the primary manual release cable and the charge port door lock. Actuation of the primary manual release cable simultaneously unlocks the charge plug from the charge port and actuates the secondary tension cable system to unlock the charge port door lock.
Fixture pin assembly system
A fixture pin assembly for presenting a pin in a specified location and orientation to provide positioning or dimensional verification for a target part. The fixture pin assembly comprises a block, a pin, and an actuator set. The block includes a plurality of holes on a plurality of surfaces to attach directly or indirectly to mating bushings, pins, and actuation component sets. Pin and bushing act in combination to present a pin which is fixed or may allow motion in specified directions. Actuation component set provides motion control of the pin to either fix the location in longitudinal direction or allow longitudinal motion with or without springs to impart force either rearward or forward. A cable actuation system provides for remote release functionality of pin. Entire system design is configurable and interchangeable to provide cost-effective and space-effective implementation.
Elongate member assembly
An elongate member assembly having an elongate member, a connecting member provided between one end and another end of the elongate member, and a swaging member that swages and fixes the connecting member to the elongate member, and fixing member connected to the connecting member. The connecting member includes a swaging portion pressed by the swaging member on the elongate member, and a connecting portion connected to the fixing member. The fixing member includes an anchor portion mounted to a mounting object member, and a ring-shaped portion connected to the connecting portion. The connecting portion includes, a rotation permitting portion that permits the ring-shaped portion to move, and a movement limiting portion that limits movement of the ring-shaped portion. The elongate member assembly facilitates the fixing thereof onto the mounting object member.
Cam locking handle assembly for manual park release
A park release assembly including a package housing with a depth defining base and a cover and a cam component supported in a limited pivotal fashion within the housing. The cam component includes upper and lower portions, each further having an arcuate extending guide surface. A release cable extends in a first direction within the housing and engages the arcuate surface of the lower cam portion. An engagement cable extends in a second crosswise direction relative to the release cable and engages the arcuate surface of the upper cam portion. A pull handle is secured to an end of the engagement cable and, upon outwardly displacing the pull handle, causes concurrent rotation of the cam component in a counter biasing direction in order to linearly displace the release cable in an extending direction in order to actuate a remote lever to a vehicle Park release condition.
ELONGATE MEMBER ASSEMBLY
An elongate member assembly 1 includes an elongate member 2, a connecting member 3 provided between one end 2a and the other end 2b of the elongate member 2, and a swaging member 4 that swages and fixes the connecting member 3 to the elongate member 2, and a fixing member 5 connected to the connecting member 3. The connecting member 3 includes a swaging portion 31 pressed by the swaging member 4 on the elongate member 2, and a connecting portion 32 connected to the fixing member 5. The fixing member 5 includes an anchor portion 51 mounted to a mounting object member O, and a ring-shaped portion 52 connected to the connecting portion 32. The connecting portion 32 includes a rotation permitting portion 32b that permits the ring-shaped portion 52 to move around the axis X of the elongate member 2, and a movement limiting portion 32c that limits movement of the ring-shaped portion 52 in the axis X direction of the elongate member 2. Use of such an elongate member assembly facilitates fixing to the mounting object member.
