DEEP GROOVE BALL BEARING AND APPLICATIONS THEREOF
A deep groove ball bearing having an inner ring, an outer ring and a plurality of rolling elements set between the inner and outer rings. The rolling elements have a diameter D.sub.w ≤ 0.5H.sub.1 , up to D.sub.w ≤ 0.35H.sub.1 . H.sub.1 is the radial dimension of the bearing in the sense of thickness and is numerically equal to half of the difference between the outer diameter and inner diameter of the bearing. By using sufficient number but smaller size of rolling elements, the deep groove ball bearing can obtain enhanced axial and radial rigidity, which is not only conducive to reducing creep and wear of bearing mating surfaces, avoiding early failure of bearings, but also improving the rotational accuracy of equipment, avoiding vibration, noise and other problems caused by insufficient bearing rigidity, fully meeting the comprehensive needs of rotating equipment for bearing performance.
ROLLING BEARING FOR AIR TURBINE
A rolling bearing includes an outer ring, an inner ring, a plurality of rolling bodies, and a seal member. An outer peripheral portion of the seal member is fixed by a retaining ring to a groove portion formed on an inner peripheral surface of the outer ring and an inner peripheral portion of the seal member is elastically deformable. The seal member includes an inclined portion. 1≤Ts/Sct≤10 is satisfied when Ts is a circumferential gap of the retaining ring at a time when the seal member and the retaining ring are attached to the groove portion of the outer ring and Sct is an axial thickness of a part of the seal member in contact with the retaining ring.

THREE-POINT CONTACT ROLLING BEARING WITH IMPROVED DRAIN
Rolling bearing with three contact points, wherein the inner raceway, the third contact point being located in a sector of the outer raceway delimited by a proximal end of the outer raceway on the one hand, and by the rolling plane on the other hand, characterized in that the outer ring comprises a drain provided in the outer raceway, and opening from an outer surface of the outer ring, said drain opening eccentrically on the outer raceway with respect to the rolling plane, in a sector of the outer raceway delimited by the rolling plane on the one hand, and a distal end of the outer raceway on the other hand, the drain and the third contact point being disjoint.
MECHANICAL SHOCK RESISTANT MOTORIZED DRIVE ASSEMBLY
An electronic device can include a motor that rotates a shaft that is coupled to a gear. A belt or a chain can be placed in contract with the gear and other rotational devices. For optimum performance, the chain or chain should be adjusted to an optimum tension. The tension can be adjusted by moving the motor and securing the motor in a position the provided the optimum tension. Alternatively, the motor can be in a fixed rigid position and an idler pulley in contact with the belt or chain can be positioned to provide the optimum tension.
BEARING RETAINER, BEARING AND ASSOCIATED METHOD
A bearing retainer for use in a bearing is provided. The bearing includes an inner ring, rolling elements and an outer ring. The bearing retainer has a body. The body defines an inner periphery and an outer periphery of the body. The body further defines a plurality of openings extending from the inner periphery to the outer periphery of the body. The plurality of openings are adapted to retain the rolling elements in a spaced apart relationship. The body further defines opposed faces extending from the inner periphery to the outer periphery of the body. The body further defines a plurality of face pockets formed in at least one of the faces of the body. The face pockets are adapted to storing lubrication. The body further includes a pathway from at least one face pocket of the body to the inner periphery of the body.
