Solid film lubricant, method for producing same, sliding element comprising same and use thereof
The invention relates to an imide polymer-based solid film lubricant, a method for producing same, a sliding element comprising same and the use thereof. According to the method, difunctional or cyclized difunctional compounds and optionally functional fillers are added to a non-imidized or partly imidized polyamide acid prepolymer or an imidized short-chain blocked prepolymer in a solvent or solvent mixture and then, depending on the prepolymer, a polymerization reaction or an imidization reaction and in both cases a crosslinking reaction is carried out. The solid film lubricant comprises an imide polymer as the resin matrix and optionally functional fillers, the molecules of the imide polymer comprising groups (R.sub.1) of the difunctional compounds that additionally contribute to the crosslinking.
ROLLING BEARING
A rolling bearing is a tapered roller bearing, a cylindrical roller bearing, or a deep groove ball bearing including an inner ring, an outer ring, and a rolling element, each of the inner ring, the outer ring, and the rolling element being composed of a steel, the rolling bearing having a quench-hardened layer in at least one of an inner ring raceway surface of the inner ring, an outer ring raceway surface of the outer ring, and a rolling contact surface of the rolling element. A ratio of a total area of a plurality of martensite crystal grains in the quench-hardened layer is more than or equal to 70%. The plurality of martensite crystal grains are classified into a first group and a second group. An average grain size of the martensite crystal grains belonging to the first group is less than or equal to 0.97 μm.
RESIN MATERIAL FOR SLIDING MEMBER AND SLIDING MEMBER
A resin material 16 for a sliding member contains a synthetic resin 18, graphite particles 20 dispersed in the synthetic resin 18, and a hard material 24. The synthetic resin 18 contains 5% or more by volume and 30% or less by volume of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) 22. The graphite particles 20 have an average particle diameter of 0.5 μm or more and 5.0 μm or less and have a content of 1% or more by volume and 15% or less by volume in the synthetic resin 18.
BEARING PART
A bearing part includes a quench-hardened layer in a surface of the bearing part. The quench-hardened layer includes a plurality of martensite crystal grains. A ratio of a total area of the plurality of martensite crystal grains in the quench-hardened layer is more than or equal to 70%. The plurality of martensite crystal grains are classified into a first group and a second group. A minimum value of crystal grain sizes of the martensite crystal grains belonging to the first group is larger than a maximum value of crystal grain sizes of the martensite crystal grains belonging to the second group. A value obtained by dividing a total area of the martensite crystal grains belonging to the first group by the total area of the plurality of martensite crystal grains is more than or equal to 0.5.
Sintered bearing and method for manufacturing sintered bearing
A sintered bearing is made of a sintered compact containing nickel silver (Cu—Ni—Zn) as a base. In the sintered bearing, P is not added in the sintered compact. Alternatively, a content of P in the sintered compact is less than 0.05 mass % in terms of mass ratio to a total mass. Consequently, crystal grains constituting the sintered compact can be micronized. In particular, in the sintered bearing, an average crystal particle diameter of the crystal grains constituting the sintered compact is 20 μm or less. Consequently, the mechanical strength and the vibration resisting properties can be improved, and the rotation shaft can be prevented from being damaged.
TRIBOLOGICAL SYSTEM
A tribological system, comprising a main body and a sandwich lubrication, in which the sandwich lubrication includes a binder-free solid lubricant layer comprising a solid lubricant, and a lubricant layer comprising a lubricant. The binder-free solid lubricant layer and the lubricant layer are present as separate layers on the main body and wherein the mass ratio of solid lubricant to lubricant is at most 0.05:1
Anti-friction lacquer and sliding element having such an anti-friction lacquer
The invention relates to an anti-friction lacquer having a polymer as a resin matrix and functional fillers, the functional fillers containing mixed-phase oxides and optionally further functional fillers. The invention further relates to a sliding element having a metallic substrate layer and a coating which is applied thereon and made of at least such an anti-friction lacquer and to a method for the production thereof.
Sliding member
A sliding member of the present invention includes a coating on a base material. The coating contains hard metal particles and corrosion-resistant metal particles that have hardness lower than that of the hard metal particles. The hard metal particles contain particles that have at least Vickers hardness of 600 Hv or higher. The corrosion-resistant metal particles are made of at least one kind of metal selected from the group consisting of copper (Cu), cobalt (Co), chromium (Cr), and nickel (Ni), or are made of an alloy containing said metal. The coating has a cross section in which the hard metal particles are dispersed in an island manner in a particle aggregate of the corrosion-resistant metal particles and in which an area ratio of the corrosion-resistant metal particles is 30% or larger. Thus, corrosion of the hard metal particles in the coating is prevented, whereby the sliding member maintains wear resistance for a long time.
Metal matrix self-lubricating composite and manufacturing method therefor
A metal matrix self-lubricating composite and a manufacturing method therefor. The metal matrix self-lubricating composite comprises a metal matrix and a mixture layer compounded on a surface of the metal matrix, the mixed layer comprising a copper alloy and a self-lubricating material. The method for manufacturing the metal matrix self-lubricating composite comprises the following steps: a) sintering copper alloy powder on a surface of a metal matrix to form a copper alloy layer on the surface of the metal matrix; b) blade-coating or dip-coating a lubricating material on a surface of the copper alloy layer, and performing vacuumization to obtain a metal plate, and drying the metal plate; c) repeating step b) for multiple times; and d) sintering the metal plate obtained in step c) to obtain the metal matrix self-lubricating composite. In the present invention, a vacuumization mode is used and vacuumization operations are repeated, so that a dense mixture layer on which a self-lubricating material is dispersed on a copper alloy is formed, and the metal matrix self-lubricating composite has good lubricity and abrasion resistance.
