Wedge drive having adjustable working and installation position
A wedge drive (1) has a slide upper part (4), a slide lower part (2), and a slide (3) arranged between the slide upper part (4) and the slide lower part (2). The slide (3) is movable between a closed and an open position in a working position. The slide (3) has a variable-position device (10), a first stop (30) and second stop (40), to obtain either the working position or an installation position. In the working position, the device (10) is positioned so that it is used as the limiter for the first stop (30) when the wedge drive (1) is actuated or is in its intended fully open position. In the installation position, the device (10) is positioned so that the second stop (40) supports itself on the device (10).
Eccentric second connecting rod subassembly
A connection rod coupling assembly includes a settable shape mounting second component having a lateral, primary axis and a bearing assembly including a bearing assembly body. The bearing assembly body includes a substantially cylindrical outer surface and a center axis. The bearing assembly body is coupled to the settable shape mounting second component in a non-aligned configuration. That is, the bearing assembly body center axis is offset from the settable shape mounting second component primary axis. Thus, the position of the bearing assembly body center axis is adjustable by repositioning the settable shape mounting second component relative to a settable shape mounting first component on a swing lever. The adjustment of the bearing assembly body, in turn, adjusts the range of the ram assembly and the ram assembly body.
Modular guided keeper base
A modular guided keeper base, guided keeper assembly, and related method includes a modular guided keeper base that mounts to a die member. The guided keeper base has an integrated stop for guide pin retention. The guided keeper base can also accommodate a variety of bushings within the base. The guided keeper base is attached to a die member using a mounting flange(s). Mounting fasteners pass through the fastener holes in the mounting flanges and are anchored in the die member to securely retain the guided keeper assembly in place. A retainer ring is mounted in an associated groove in the base over the heads of the mounting fasteners to prevent unintentional unfastening of the fasteners from the die member.
Shaft supporting unit and manufacturing method thereof
A shaft supporting unit 15A supports a shaft of a pivoting body with capacity of pivot movement. A lower block 58A has a lower recess with a semicircular column shape, and is configured to support the shaft from beneath. A lower bush 59 has a semi-cylindrical shape, is located in the lower recess, and is configured to slide the shaft on it. The shaft supporting unit 15A does not abut an upper side of the shaft when the pivoting body pivots. An upper block 56A is configured to cover above the shaft, and has an upper recess with a predetermined gap between it and the shaft.
SHEET STEEL HAVING A DETERMINISTIC SURFACE STRUCTURE
The invention relates to sheet steel, more particularly a coated sheet steel, which is skin-pass rolled with a deterministic surface structure, and to a method for producing this steel.
Steering column and steering apparatus including the same
An embodiment of the present disclosure relates to a steering column disposed in a steering apparatus including a housing cover connected to a drive unit housing and a bearing disposed in the housing cover, the steering column including: a main body elongated in one direction and having one side inserted into and supported by the housing cover; an enlarged diameter portion formed as one side of the main body expands in diameter; and a through-hole penetratively formed in an outer periphery of the enlarged diameter portion so as to be coupled to the housing cover.
Flywheel device with magnetically floating function
A flywheel device includes a base, a cantilever mounted on the base, a bearing seat mounted on the base, first magnetic members mounted on the base, a rotation shaft arranged between the cantilever and the bearing seat, a magnetically floating seat mounted on the rotation shaft, second magnetic members mounted on the magnetically floating seat and corresponding to the first magnetic members, third magnetic members mounted on the magnetically floating seat, a repulsion driver locked on the base and surrounding the magnetically floating seat, fourth magnetic members mounted on the repulsion driver and corresponding to the third magnetic members, and a flywheel unit mounted on the rotation shaft. The second magnetic members have a polarity the same as that of the first magnetic members. The fourth magnetic members have a polarity the same as that of the third magnetic members.
