A sliding table includes a sliding seat having a seat body made from a first material and disposed between two main rigid rails parallel with each other. The seat body has two opposite rail recesses opening toward the main rigid rails, and two inner cyclic track holes disposed between the rail recesses. Two seat body rigid rails made from a second material harder than the first material are fixed in the rail recesses to confront the main rigid rails. Two roller belt modules are arranged in two cyclic track members overmolded to the seat body. When the seat body moves along the main rigid rails, each roller belt module circulates along one of the cyclic track members.

Linear motion guide unit

The slider has a lubricating oil supply device provided at least at one end face thereof. The lubricating oil supply device includes a lubricating member that retains lubricating oil and abuts against a raceway surface of the rail to supply the lubricating oil to the rail, a housing having front, rear, and bottom surfaces covering front, rear, and bottom surfaces of the lubricating member, with an upper surface of the housing being left open, and a cover that covers at least an upper surface of the lubricating member. The housing is fixed to the slider with a first fixing member. The cover is fixed to the housing with a second fixing member, without being fixed with the first fixing member.

GUIDE APPARATUS AND GUIDE STRUCTURE

A guide apparatus includes a track member, a movable member having a first rolling surface that forms a load rolling passage together with a rolling surface of the track member, and a damper provided on a first surface. The first surface is at least a portion of the surface of the movable member opposed to the track member excluding the first rolling surface. The damper includes a plate member disposed in such a way as to cover the first area and a reservoir space formed between one surface of the plate member and the first area. The reservoir space contains a damping medium and allows the plate member to displace relative to the first area. The damper is provided on the movable member in such a way that the other surface of the plate member slides on at least a portion of the surface of the track member opposed to the movable member.

MOTION GUIDE APPARATUS COOLING NOZZLES, MOTION GUIDE APPARATUS WITH COOLING NOZZLES, AND MOTION GUIDE APPARATUS COOLING SYSTEM

A motion guide apparatus cooling nozzle is provided which can gas-cool a motion guide apparatus. Cooling nozzles 1a and 1b of the present invention are mounted on a block 4 of the motion guide apparatus to cool at least one of a guide rail 2 and a block 4 that is assembled to the guide rail 2 via a rolling element 6 in such a manner as to be movable relatively. The cooling nozzles la and 1b include an inner passage 18 into which gas is introduced, an opening 12a configured to emit a gas flow introduced into the inner passage 18, a deflection surface 22a that is provided adjacently to the opening 12a to bend the gas flow emitted from the opening 12a, and a guiding surface 32a configured to attract gas outside the cooling nozzles 1a and 1b.

A linear motion guide unit includes a guide rail and a slider. A carriage of the slider has a central portion located above the guide rail, and wing portions which extend downward from widthwise opposite ends of the central portion. Shoulder portions of the carriage located in inner boundary regions between the central portion and the wing portions of the carriage have first inclined surface so that the shoulder portions have padding portions. Corner portions of the guide rail located between an upper surface and longitudinal sides of the guide rail have second inclined surfaces which face the first inclined surfaces of the carriage and extend in the longitudinal direction parallel to the first inclined surfaces. The first inclined surfaces have an inclination angle substantially the same as an inclination angle of the nose surfaces of threaded holes formed in the carriage for attachment of a counterpart member.
