20180010641 · 2018-01-11 ·

A bearing retainer for use in a bearing is provided. The bearing includes an inner ring, rolling elements and an outer ring. The bearing retainer includes a body. The body defines an inner periphery and an outer periphery of the body. The body further defines a plurality of inner walls. Each inner wall defines an opening extending from the inner periphery to the outer periphery of the body. The plurality of openings are adapted to receive one of the rolling elements. The inner walls are adapted to keep the rolling elements in a spaced apart relationship. At least one of the inner walls defines a aperture through the body. The aperture is adapted for storing lubrication therein.

A rolling bearing including an outer ring, an inner ring, rolling elements interposed between the outer ring and the inner ring and a cage for retaining the rolling elements and provided with radial seats or pockets for housing the rolling elements. The cage is guided supportingly on the outer ring with which a first clearance (G1) is defined, while between the pockets and the rolling elements there is a second clearance (G2) such that they have a relative ratio of between about 0.4 and 1. The rolling elements may be balls and the pockets may be formed by radial through-holes, which are circular or square in shape.

BEARING DEVICE WITH INTEGRATED ELECTRICAL INSULATION, IN PARTICULAR FOR AN ELECTRIC MOTOR OR MACHINE

A bearing device includes a first ring and a second ring mounted for relative rotation and an insulating sleeve mounted on the second ring. The insulating sleeve incudes a socket and an electrically insulating liner, the liner contacting the second ring. The socket includes an outer surface and an inner surface opposite the outer surface, and the outer surface and the inner surface delimit a radial thickness of the socket. The insulating liner is overmolded on the second ring of the bearing and on the outer surface and/or the inner surface of the socket. The socket and the insulating liner are shaped such that the insulating liner is prevented from moving circumferentially relative to the socket.

SNAP FEATURE ASSEMBLY AND METHOD

A multi-component snap assembly is disclosed herein in which a snap flange has a snap nose with a contact face including a relief. The relief is configured to prevent undesirably high stress in the snap flange during assembly with another component that includes a retention pocket. A method of attaching or connecting two components with each other using a snap flange with a relief is also disclosed herein.

BEARING WITH INTEGRATED AXIAL PRELOAD AND METHOD THEREOF

A bearing, including: an inner ring defining a first groove; an outer ring including a radially inner surface, the radially inner surface facing an axis of rotation of the bearing and defining a second groove and a third groove; a cage radially disposed between the inner ring and the outer ring; a plurality of balls retained by the cage, and disposed in the first groove, and in the second groove; and a preloaded resilient washer assembly including a rigid washer and a resilient washer including a radially outermost surface disposed in the third groove. The resilient washer urges the rigid washer away from the outer ring in an axial direction parallel to an axis of rotation of the bearing.

Provided are a bearing and a medical device in which a gap is secured between an inner ring and an outer ring, and the gap can be used as a flow path for a fluid or an object. A bearing having a plurality of rolling elements between an inner ring and an outer ring is provided with a raceway surface on which the rolling elements roll on the outer ring and receiving portions for rotatably accommodating the rolling elements at a position of the inner ring facing the raceway surface.

Bearing cage retainer

The present invention provides bearing cage retainer for a rolling element rotor bearing in a vacuum pump. The bearing cage retainer being configured to have an operational arrangement in which, at the maximum longitudinal axial displacement limit of the outer race in the direction of the retainer, the bearing cage retainer is disengaged from the bearing cage, and a failure configuration characterised by the dislocation of the bearing cage by a longitudinal axial displacement of the bearing cage relative to the outer race in the direction of the retainer and in which the bearing cage retainer engages said bearing cage and the bearing cage maintains the separation of the rolling elements within the bearing.

BEARING CAGE AND ROLLING BEARING WITH THE SAME

A bearing cage is used for accommodating the rolling elements of a rolling bearing; wherein, the bearing cage comprises an annular cage base; when the bearing cage is inserted and installed in the rolling bearing, there is a first circumferential radial clearance between an outer circumferential surface of the cage base and an inner circumferential surface of an outer ring shoulder of an outer ring, and a second circumferential radial clearance between an inner circumferential surface of the cage base and an outer circumferential surface of an inner ring shoulder of an inner ring; the first circumferential radial clearance is smaller or larger than the second circumferential radial clearance. A rolling bearing comprises the bearing cage as described above.

ELECTRIC ACTUATOR

One aspect of an electric actuator of the present invention includes: a motor having a motor shaft rotatable about a motor axis; a transmission mechanism coupled to one side in the axial direction of the motor shaft; an output shaft extending in the axial direction of the motor shaft and to which rotation of the motor shaft is transmitted via the transmission mechanism; and a rolling member group including three or more rolling members arranged to surround the motor axis. The motor shaft is a hollow shaft. At least a part of the output shaft is located inside the motor shaft. The motor shaft and the output shaft are supported with each other in the axial direction and the radial direction via the rolling member group.

Ball bearing cage and ball bearing

A ball bearing cage has a radially encircling, annular body, on which in the circumferential direction, substantially evenly distributed, axially projecting webs having a predefinable axial length are arranged. The webs form a plurality of axially open ball pockets on one side for accommodating a corresponding number of balls having a predefinable ball diameter. At least for one web, a guide section is formed to bring same into an engagement with a running groove of a ball bearing ring. The axial length of the webs corresponds to at least the ball diameter. There is also described a ball bearing having such a ball bearing cage.
