A motion guide apparatus is provided which can make a carriage compact without reducing a rated load and an allowable load. The motion guide apparatus includes: a track member (1) and a carriage (2) that moves along the track member (1). A circulation path (7) of the carriage (2) includes a loaded path (C1), a return path (C2) parallel to the loaded path (C1), and a substantially U-shaped turn path (C3) connected to the loaded path (C1) and the return path (C2). At least a part of the turn path (C3) bends in side view in a direction where the loaded path (C1) and the return path (C2) coincide.

Rolling bearing

A rolling bearing includes an outer ring supported by a fixed body, an inner ring which supports a rotating shaft, and rolling elements between an inner groove of the outer ring and an outer groove of the inner ring, wherein a curvature radius R of at least the inner groove of the outer ring is in a range of 2r0.53R2r0.55 in relation to a radius r of one of the rolling elements.

BALL RETAINER

A ball retainer includes a chain belt, a hook, and a slot portion. The hook is arranged on the first end of the chain belt. The hook includes a neck portion, a hook body, two leaning protrusions, and a limiting protrusion. The hook body is connected to the neck portion. The two leaning protrusions extend outward along the short side direction of the chain belt toward two sides of the hook body, respectively. The slot portion is arranged on the second end of the chain belt. The slot portion includes a slot, two abutting portions, a connecting portion, and a receiving portion. After the hook is correspondingly engaged with the slot portion, the hook body is accommodated in the slot, the two leaning protrusions correspondingly lean against the two abutting portions, the neck portion leans against the connecting portion, and the limiting protrusion is correspondingly accommodated in the receiving portion.

A linear guide device includes a rail that has a first advancing device extending along a longitudinal direction, a carriage that can be displaced relative to the rail along the longitudinal direction and has a second advancing device extending along the longitudinal direction, a cage that can be displaced relative to the rail and the carriage along the longitudinal direction and a coupling element that is designed for simultaneously engaging into the first and the second advancing device in order to cause a movement of the cage relative to the rail and/or the carriage when the carriage is advanced relative to the rail along the longitudinal direction. The coupling element has at least one projection that interacts with a stopping face formed on the rail and/or the carriage in order to retain the coupling element in the linear guide device.

Bearing cage

A bearing cage for receiving rolling elements is disclosed. In addition to two rings, the bearing cage also has a plurality of webs which run axially between the rings. In order to prevent the rolling elements from falling out of the pockets formed between the rings and the webs, the webs have a groove which runs in the direction of the respective web. When the rolling elements are inserted into the pockets, a tool engages into the groove and bends the edge region of the web in a direction of the rolling elements.

Angular contact ball bearing

Angular contact ball bearings are disclosed. In one example, the angular contact ball bearing may include an inner ring having an inner ring raceway and an outer ring having an outer ring raceway. A plurality of balls may roll on the inner and outer raceways. A cage may guide the plurality of balls in a plurality of closed pockets, wherein each ball is accommodated in one of the closed pockets. The bearing may include a plurality of projections, wherein each projection extends radially toward the raceway of the outer ring between every two adjacent, closed pockets. The cage may be guided on the outer ring raceway by the projections.
