Fan module and motor
Fan modules and motors are disclosed. The fan motor includes a bearing holder having a first bearing holder end and a second bearing holder end. The bearing holder has a first section with a first diameter that is smaller than diameters of the first bearing holder end and the second bearing holder end. The motor further includes a first bearing retained by the bearing holder at the first bearing holder end, and a second bearing retained by the bearing holder at the second bearing holder end. The motor further includes a shaft retained by the first bearing and the second bearing, and a stator surrounding the first section of the bearing holder.
The Hub Saver
The Hub Saver has a planar body formed of a sheet of resilient metal or material having a selected thickness between top and bottom surfaces to allow sufficient engagement of the axle spindle thread with which it is to be used and the compression washer, castle-nut, and cotter pin. The bolt circle pattern of smaller holes allows ample grease to the bearing assembly, should a greasing device be used. The outer diameter, inner diameter as well as the bolt circle diameter and placement, will vary depending upon the diameter of the respective spindles and races for the various bearing sizes.

System and method for bearing assembly removal
A bearing assembly for rotatably supporting a rotating body on a frame may include a bearing support block having a plurality of block mounting bores for each being axially aligned with a bearing mounting hole formed in the frame, and at least one mounting bolt removably insertable into one of the block mounting bores and into a bearing mounting hole, with the mounting bolt having exterior threads for threading into interior threads on one of the bearing mounting holes on the frame. One block mounting bore may have interior threads formed thereon, and the interior threads of the block mounting bore may incompatible with the exterior threads of the mounting bolt such that the mounting bolt is not threadable into the block mounting bore. An apparatus and system is also disclosed.

Hydrostatic bearing type spindle device and machine tool including the hydrostatic bearing type spindle device
A hydrostatic bearing spindle device includes: a spindle includes tapered portion having tapered radial receiving surface and flange having first thrust receiving surface and second thrust receiving surface formed at rear side from first thrust receiving surface; first thrust bearing has first thrust bearing surface facing first thrust receiving surface; second thrust bearing has second thrust bearing surface facing second thrust receiving surface; radial bearing facing tapered radial receiving surface; rotation regulator regulates relative rotation of one of first thrust bearing and second thrust bearing with respect to the other; and housing has first screw groove which is screwed with first thrust bearing and second screw groove which is screwed with second thrust bearing. Second screw groove has larger screw pitch than first screw groove does when tapered portion expands rearward, and first screw groove has larger screw pitch than second screw groove does when tapered portion expands frontward.

Seal runner support
A machine can include a radially inner component, a radially outer component, and a circumferential seal assembly between the inner and outer components. At least one (e.g., both) of the inner and outer components can be a rotor. The circumferential seal assembly can include a circumferential metallic mount, a circumferential ceramic runner, a circumferential carbon seal, and one or more spring energized seals. The spring energized seals can prevent rotational slippage between the metallic mount and the ceramic runner. The spring energized seals can be necessary to prevent rotational slippage between the metallic mount and the ceramic runner for at least one standard operating state of the machine.
