System and method for bearing assembly removal
A bearing assembly for rotatably supporting a rotating body on a frame may include a bearing support block having a plurality of block mounting bores for each being axially aligned with a bearing mounting hole formed in the frame, and at least one mounting bolt removably insertable into one of the block mounting bores and into a bearing mounting hole, with the mounting bolt having exterior threads for threading into interior threads on one of the bearing mounting holes on the frame. One block mounting bore may have interior threads formed thereon, and the interior threads of the block mounting bore may incompatible with the exterior threads of the mounting bolt such that the mounting bolt is not threadable into the block mounting bore. An apparatus and system is also disclosed.

Spindle pot bearing
Spindle pot bearing for a twisting machine, in particular a two-for-one twisting machine or cabling machine, having a bearing bush for connecting a spindle pot base to a spindle in an interlocking manner in an axial direction. In order to provide a spindle pot bearing for a twisting machine that ensures that the position of the spindle pot on the spindle is reliably secured, it is provided that: a first bearing portion of the bearing bush for connecting, in an interlocking manner in the axial direction, to a first bearing member arranged on the spindle has, at a distance with respect to the direction of the longitudinal axis from a shoulder limiting the first bearing portion, latching protrusions which protrude from an inside of the bearing bush and are movable between a blocking position and an unblocking position; a second bearing portion of the bearing bush, said second bearing portion adjoining the first bearing portion in the direction of the longitudinal axis, is designed for interlockingly connecting to the spindle pot base in such a way that locking in the axial direction is possible; and a blocking is arranged on the spindle pot base, which blocking fixes the latching protrusions in the blocking position when the spindle pot base is in an operating position.

Shaft assembly
A shaft assembly may include two or more Poka-Yoke bearing caps, each Poka-Yoke bearing cap having a pair of reference bores offset from a central axis of the bearing cap by differing offset distances, and each bearing cap defining a semi-circular recess that is positioned so as to align in use a central axis of the semi-cylindrical recess in the bearing cap with an axis of rotation of a shaft rotatably supported by the bearing cap. The differing offsets of the reference bores prevent the bearing cap from being assembled in a reversed orientation. To ensure that each bearing cap can only be fitted in one position, a centre spacing between the first and second reference bores of each bearing cap is different to the centre spacing used for other bearing caps used to support a single shaft.

Press-fit thrust bearing system and apparatus
A press-fit thrust bearing system and apparatus. A press-fit thrust bearing for an electric submersible pump includes a protruding band extending around a midsection of a bushing, the protruding band extending inward towards a drive shaft, outward towards a diffuser, or both. When extending outwardly, the band is press-fit into the diffuser to prevent dislodgment of the bushing. A non-rotating guide sleeve extends around the bushing above the protruding band, the guide sleeve interlocking with the protruding band to prevent rotation of the bushing. The guide sleeve includes a projection, the protruding band has a channel and the projection mates with the channel to form the interlock. A pair of flanged, rotatable bearing sleeves extend inwards of the single bushing and are keyed to the drive shaft. The top and bottom faces of the bushing serve as thrust handling surfaces.
SPINDLE DEVICE AND MACHINE TOOL
A spindle device includes: a spindle shaft; a first housing configured to house the spindle shaft to which a gas is supplied, the first housing having a bearing that rotatably supports the spindle shaft; a motor located at an end of the spindle shaft and configured to rotate the spindle shaft; a second housing configured to house the motor, the second housing being joined to the first housing; and a duct having one end located at the bottom of a space inside the second housing and another end projecting from the second housing.
