SWITCHING DEVICE FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE TRANSMISSION
The invention relates to a shifting device for a motor vehicle transmission, comprising a first coupling component, a second coupling component rotatable about a transmission axis (A), an inner friction ring which has a conical surface on a radially outer face, an outer friction ring which has a conical surface on a radially inner face, and an intermediate friction ring which comprises a friction cone and is connected to the second coupling component for joint rotation with and for axial displacement with respect to the second coupling component, whilst the inner friction ring and the outer friction ring are connected to the first coupling component for joint rotation with and for axial displacement with respect to the first coupling component. The friction cone extends between the conical surfaces of the inner friction ring and outer friction ring, the coupling components being decoupled in the rotation direction in an axial starting position of the outer friction ring and being coupled in a frictional fit in the rotation direction in an axial frictional fit position of the outer friction ring. The intermediate friction ring has a C-shaped ring cross section extending peripherally in the circumferential direction, comprising a radially outer linear cone limb which forms the friction cone and comprises two substantially parallel conical friction surfaces, and comprising a radially inner linear axial limb which is integrally connected to the cone limb by a radial web.
Drive System for a Hybrid Vehicle
A drive system for a hybrid vehicle having an internal combustion engine includes an electric motor and a clutch device which has a frictional locking element and a positive locking element that is connected parallel to the frictional locking element. The clutch device is configured to couple the internal combustion engine into the drive system and to be switched into at least the following states: a) open positive locking element and closed frictional locking element when starting and/or synchronization of the internal combustion engine, b) closed positive locking element and closed frictional locking element or closed positive locking element and open frictional locking element when the internal combustion engine is running and synchronized such that an internal combustion engine drive output action is generated, and c) open positive locking element and open frictional locking element when the internal combustion engine is stopped such that purely electric motor drive of the vehicle is provided.

A drive system for a hybrid vehicle having an internal combustion engine includes an electric motor and a clutch device which has a frictional locking element and a positive locking element that is connected parallel to the frictional locking element. The clutch device is configured to couple the internal combustion engine into the drive system and to be switched into at least the following states: a) open positive locking element and closed frictional locking element when starting and/or synchronization of the internal combustion engine, b) closed positive locking element and closed frictional locking element or closed positive locking element and open frictional locking element when the internal combustion engine is running and synchronized such that an internal combustion engine drive output action is generated, and c) open positive locking element and open frictional locking element when the internal combustion engine is stopped such that purely electric motor drive of the vehicle is provided.
Homokinetic joint
A homokinetic joint includes a joint socket shaft having a joint socket flange; a housing nut, which surrounds the joint socket shaft and has an internal thread; a joint head shaft, which has an external thread, wherein the external thread is of complementary design to the internal thread of the housing nut, wherein the joint socket shaft can be pivoted in a first pivoting direction and in a second pivoting direction relative to the joint head shaft; and a torsion disc between the joint socket shaft and the joint head shaft for transmitting torsional loads between the joint socket shaft and the joint head shaft; wherein a respective ball bearing is formed between the housing nut and the joint socket flange, between the joint socket flange and the torsion disc, and between the torsion disc and the joint head shaft.

The friction cone extends between the conical surfaces of the inner friction ring and outer friction ring.
