POWERTRAIN INTERFACE MODULE
Vehicles that are relatively heavy and/or configured to transport heavy loads may utilize a powertrain comprising an electric machine capable of operating at high speeds and a multispeed transmission to propel the vehicle. An interface module is configured to modulate torque between the electric machine and the multispeed transmission allowing the electric machine to smoothly match speed as the multispeed transmission shifts between gears. The interface module facilitates efficient, predictable, and reliable modulation of torque between an input and an output of the powertrain of the vehicle.
ROTATION LOCKING DEVICE
A structure of a rotation locking device that is easily configured and capable of keeping cost down is achieved.
A rotation locking device 4 switches between a first mode where an engaging claw portion 14 engages with an engaging concave portion 9 by an output member 13 rotating an engaging member 8 due to an input member 12 being rotationally driven by an actuator 7, and rotation of a locking gear 5 supported by and fixed to an output shaft 3 of an automatic transmission 2 is restricted, and a second mode where engagement between the engaging claw portion 14 and the engaging concave portion 9 is released and rotation of the locking gear 5 is allowed.
Clutch with centrifugal assembly, especially for a motorcycle
A clutch having: a fixed hub, a movable hub, and a plurality of plates interposed to selectively transmit a torque. The clutch has a centrifugal pressure plate assembly having: a mass carrier; a plurality of radially movable mass elements, in which each mass element has a pivot connected to the mass carrier for displacement towards an external position under centrifugal effects; wherein the mass elements are further configured to exert axial thrust on a thrust surface of the centrifugal pressure plate assembly, to bring the movable hub closer to the fixed hub and increase the variable axial load. Each mass element has at least one respective rolling element in contact with the thrust surface. The thrust surface has a profile that is sloped and raised towards the external position.
REVERSE-INPUT BLOCKING CLUTCH
[Problem] To realize a reverse input blocking clutch capable of suppressing looseness of an output member.
[Solution] The reverse input blocking clutch has a pressed member having a pressed surface 20 on the inner circumferential surface; an input member that has an input-side engaging portion 8 arranged on the inner side in the radial direction of the pressed surface 20, and is coaxially arranged with the pressed surface 20; an output member that has an output-side engaging portion 11 arranged further on the inner side in the radial direction than the input-side engaging portion 8 on the inner side in the radial direction of the pressed surface 20, and is coaxially arranged with the pressed surface 20; an engaging element 5 arranged on the inner side in the radial direction of the pressed surface 20 so as to be able to move in a first direction which is a far-near direction with respect to the pressed surface 20; and an elastic member 56 arranged at a position overlapping the output-side engaging portion 11 with respect to the first direction so as to be elastically stretched between the output-side engaging portion 11 and the engaging element 5.
Stripper Assembly
A stripper assembly can include a feed wheel, a stripping tire, a drag clutch, and first and second stripping elements. The feed wheel and stripping tire can be mounted for rotation in clockwise (CW) and counter-clockwise (CCW) directions and can contact one another to define a nip through which papers are directed. The drag clutch can be interposed between the stripping tire and the shaft it is mounted upon. The first and second stripping elements can be positioned on the shaft of the stripping tire on opposite sides of the nip. Each of the stripping elements can be configured and positioned to engage papers passing through the nip. The drag clutch is not interposed between either of the first and second stripping elements and the shaft of the stripping tire.
TORQUE TRANSMISSION DEVICE FOR A DRIVE DEVICE OF A PIECE OF FURNITURE, SHAFT BRAKE AND SHAFT COUPLING HAVING A TORQUE TRANSMISSION DEVICE OF THIS TYPE
A rotation moment transmission device (1) for a driving device of a furniture comprises a housing (2) comprising a first friction surface (3) having a circular cross-section, a rotation moment transmission member (4) having a rotation axis (DA) and a second friction surface (5), wherein the second friction surface (5) is movable radially with respect to the rotation axis (DA) and the first friction surface (3) and the second friction surface (5) are configured to collaborate for a rotation moment transmission, and a rotation moment introduction member (6) which is rotatable about the rotation axis (DA). One of the rotation moment transmission member (4) and the rotation moment introduction member (6) comprises an engagement member, the other one thereof comprises a contact surface (8, 8′, 8″, 8‴, 8⁗) and the engagement member (7) is configured to the contact the contact surface (8, 8′, 8″, 8‴, 8‴′) such that a twisting of the rotation moment introduction member (6) relatively to the rotation moment transmission element (4) moves the second friction surface (5) with respect to the rotation axis (DA) radially towards the first friction surface (3) or away therefrom.
Reverse input cutoff clutch
The reverse input cutoff clutch includes: a pressed member having a pressed surface around the inner peripheral surface; an input member coaxially arranged with the pressed surface and having an input-side engaging portion arranged on the radially inner side of the pressed surface; an output member coaxially arranged with the pressed surface and having an output-side engaging portion arranged further on the radially inner side than the input-side engaging portion; and an engaging element arranged so as to be movable in a first direction as a direction toward or away from the pressed surface on the radially inner side of the pressed surface.
