Electro-mechanical brake and vehicle comprising the same
An electro-mechanical brake and a vehicle including the same are provided. As an electro-mechanical brake according to one embodiment of the present invention, an electro-mechanical brake including a drum, a first brake shoe, and a second brake shoe, may include a motor that provides a rotational driving force; a rotating member that rotates about a second rotating shaft perpendicular to a first rotating shaft of the motor; a power transmission member that transmits the rotational driving force of the motor to the rotating member; and a rotating screw that is coupled to the rotating member so that the first brake shoe is able to move forward and backward toward one inner peripheral surface of the drum.

Caliper actuated wheel end sphere brakes
A braking system is presented that comprises a brake sphere rotor that is mounted to the wheel hub of an axle. The braking system incorporates a caliper arm assembly that comprises at least one caliper arm. Each caliper arm further comprises hemispherical friction material located between the caliper arm and the brake sphere rotor.

Drum brake
The abutment of a drum brake is formed from a solid material which deforms under load, wherein measurement devices are provided which detect this deformation. The abutment has two limbs, on which the brake shoes are supported. The changing distance between the two brake shoes under load is determined by detecting the distance between extension rods on the limbs by a measurement device comprising magnets and Hall sensors or AMR sensors.

Wood chipper with novel braking mechanism
A wood chipper includes an engine and a chipper structure (e.g., a chipper disc or a chipper drum). A drive assembly is disposed between the engine and the chipper structure. The drive assembly comprises at least one pulley. The at least one pulley defines a cylindrical recess therein. A drum brake assembly is configured to engage the cylindrical recess of the at least one pulley.

SPINDLE SYSTEM FOR WHEEL ALIGNMENT CORRECTION
A spindle sleeve and washer for adjusting the camber, toe, or thrust angle of a vehicle wheel to a desired predetermined angle which allows for use of existing hub and spindle assembly without permanent modification to the vehicle.
Pushing force-actuated braking device and rotary table using the same
A pushing force-actuated braking device includes an annular housing that houses a brake disc, a braking piston, plural braking elements, and a brake-releasing piston. When only the braking piston is under the action of a fluid, the braking piston applies an axial pushing force to the brake disc such that the brake disc is kept at a braking position jointly by the braking piston and the braking elements. When only the brake-releasing piston is under the action of a fluid, the brake-releasing piston applies an opposite pushing force to the brake disc to keep it at a brake-releasing position. Should the fluid acting on the braking piston fail, the force of the braking elements still enables the brake disc to produce a braking effect. The pushing force-actuated braking device has a modular design to facilitate assembly and disassembly. A rotary table using the braking device is also provided.
