Bearing bush
A bearing bush for supporting a motor vehicle part includes an inner tube made of a metal, a sliding sleeve made of a first plastic material and mounted rotatably on the inner tube, and an elastomer bearing which surrounds the sliding sleeve and has at least a first elastomer body and an outer sleeve. A sliding layer made of a second plastic material is applied to an outer circumferential surface of the inner tube, the first plastic material and the second plastic material forming a tribological pairing either of two different polymers from the groups of polyamides, polyoxymethylenes, polyketones, fluoropolymers, polyethylene terephthalates or polybutylene terephthalates, or the tribological pairing being formed from polyketone against polyketone, wherein the polymers of the tribological pairings each are present in a continuous thermoplastic polymer phase.
SUSPENSION BUSHING AND SYSTEM FOR POWERTRAIN OF ELECTRICAL VEHICLE
A suspension bushing for a powertrain of an electric vehicle includes amandrel, an outer sleeve and a rubber mainspring connected between the mandrel and the outer sleeve. The rubber main spring includes multiple main parts arranged at intervals and surrounding the outer contour of the mandrel. At least one side of each of the main parts is provided with an extending part. An end surface of the extending part and an end surfaceof each main part form a stepped structure.
Vehicle-use resin module and method of manufacturing vehicle-use resin module
A vehicle-use resin module including a strength member made of synthetic resin and including a mounting hole, and an attachment member attached to the mounting hole and configured to be subjected to an external force. The attachment member includes an outer fitting having a tubular part arranged in the mounting hole in an inserted state. The outer fitting includes an outer circumferential projection projecting to a radially outer side of the tubular part. The strength member is an insertion-molded component having a structure in which the outer circumferential projection of the outer fitting is embedded so as to be inserted inside a circumferential wall of the mounting hole. A surface of the tubular part of the outer fitting and a surface of the outer circumferential projection are each directly fixed to the strength member with an adhesive.
Dock bumpers and/or vehicles bumpers
A composite bumper for the dampening of impact forces applied to a structure to be protected. The composite bumper comprises a first element of a rigid material; a second element resistant to impacts and mechanical abrasions and made of at least one of a first vulcanized rubber and a rigid material; and a third element having the ability to undergo reversible elastic deformations and made of a second vulcanized rubber. The third element is at least in part positioned between the first and the second element. The third element is bound to the first element and the second element because of the vulcanization of unvulcanized rubber composition(s). The first element is provided with means adapted to cooperate with means for the fastening of the composite bumper to the structure to be protected. A use thereof, and a method for the manufacture of the composite bumper.

Bushings for damping vibrations in a vehicle
Bushings and methods of manufacturing bushings to be used in a chassis of a vehicle or the like for damping and absorbing vibrations, oscillations, and noise are provided. In one implementation, a method of manufacturing a bushing includes the steps of positioning a flexible member around a cylindrical outer surface of a rigid inner member having a cylindrical inner surface or solid core and positioning an outer member having a cylindrical inner surface around the flexible member. The method also includes the step of clamping a cylindrical outer surface of the outer member to form an indentation in the cylindrical outer surface of the outer member, thereby deforming the flexible member. This method may be executed to create a bushing having certain axial, radial, and torsional stiffness.
Stabilizer bushing
A stabilizer bushing installed on a stabilizer bar is made of two divided parts of rubber or the like to prevent or decrease generation of a gap in a bonding surface. The stabilizer bushing installed on an outer periphery of the stabilizer bar by adhesion includes divided rubber bushings of an upper rubber bushing and a lower rubber bushing. Before adhesion, both end portions of the upper and lower rubber bushings, respectively, in a circumferential direction are tapered so that an overlapping amount between the upper and lower rubber bushings increases toward the outer periphery side of the bushings. After adhesion, a bonding surface is bonded by pressure.
