An insulator for a vehicle suspension and a method of manufacturing the same, may include an insulator having a housing which is configured to be engaged with a vehicle body and in which a hook protrusion is formed to protrude from an upper end opening of the housing; a bush which is configured to be engaged with a piston rod of a shock absorber, wherein a vibration-proof rubber, a core, and an outer pipe are integrally mounted in the bush, and wherein the bush is press-inserted into and fixed in an inner space of the housing so that the bush becomes hooked upward to the hook protrusion; and a fixing plate press-inserted into and fixed in the inner space of the housing so that the fixing plate is in contact with a lower end portion of the bush and supports the bush from a lower side thereof.
VIBRATION ISOLATION SUPPORT DEVICE
Isolation of a body of a vehicle from vibrational frequencies introduced via electronic axle drive units vehicle is provided. For example, one or more embodiments described herein can comprise a vibration isolation device for a powertrain of an electric vehicle is provided. The vibration isolation device can comprise an inner core configured to operatively attach to an electronic axle drive unit for an axle of the electric vehicle. The vibration isolation device also can comprise a mass dampener integrated with an insulator, resulting in a dual isolation mass that encircles the inner core. Further, the vibration isolation device can comprise an outer sleeve that encircles the dual isolation mass and the inner core.
AUTOMATED DECOUPLING SHOCK ISOLATION FOR VIBRATION COUPLERS
A shock isolator is arranged between two automated coupler parts in a vibration testing unit. When the coupler parts are engaged and coupled during vibration testing of a component, the shock isolator is disabled, and when the coupler parts are disengaged and decoupled after vibration testing, the shock isolator is activated to absorb excess shock energy and prevent shock transfer between the coupler parts that would damage the test component. The shock isolator includes a bushing that is inserted in a lower part of the two automated coupler parts and a compressive fit rod that is press-fit into the bushing. The bushing has a chamfered volume and the compressive fit rod has a corresponding compressible volume that is displaced into the chamfered volume to disable the shock isolator. After vibration testing, the compressive fit rod is expandable to a regular shape to activate the shock isolator.

A bracket comprises a body extending along a center axis between a first end and a second end. The body defines a first groove and a second groove. A pair of coupling members including a first and a second coupling member are respectively located in the first and second grooves for engagement with a housing of a hydraulic damper assembly. The first end includes at least one first deformation for retaining the first coupling member. The second end includes at least one second deformation for retaining the second coupling member. A damper includes a damper tube (a pressure tube or a reserve tube for a mono-tube or a double tube damper respectively) including a first end and a second end opposite to the first end. The damper includes a base member. The base member includes a cup portion at least partially enclosing the first end of the damper tube, and a sleeve portion extending from and integral with the cup portion. The sleeve portion surrounds a length of the damper tube. The sleeve portion is attached to the damper tube. Further, the damper includes a knuckle engaged with the sleeve portion such that the sleeve portion is disposed between the knuckle and the damper tube.

A diaphragm holder for an oleo-pneumatic-type shock absorber includes a tubular body made of thermoplastic material, having one end arranged to hold a diaphragm and an opposite end defining an arched bottom for withstanding pressure forces. An insert is housed in the bottom of the tubular body and is arranged to mechanically reinforce the bottom and to distribute the pressure forces evenly.

A bush-type transmission mount, in which an orifice, operating as a fluid passage that connects a first fluid chamber and a second fluid chamber to each other, is directly formed to a desired length in a core that is coupled to a main rubber to improve vibration-damping characteristics. A membrane is fitted into an outlet portion of the orifice, which communicates with the first fluid chamber, in a sliding manner, thereby improving low-frequency idle vibration and high-frequency dynamic characteristics.

The vibration isolating damper also includes a fastener having a rod portion extending through the tubular body of the primary isolator and configured for securement to the second structure; a rigid tube disposed about the rod portion of the fastener and extending through the tubular body of the primary isolator; and a coil spring disposed about the rigid tube and engaging the shoulder of the primary isolator within the tubular body.
