Pin and retainer locking system
A pinned connection assembly includes a first rigging component, a second rigging component, a rigging pin, a locking pin, and a lock. The first rigging component has an end with at least one coupling aperture and at least one retention aperture that is transverse to the coupling aperture. The second rigging component has an end with at least one coupling aperture. The rigging pin has an end with a retention groove. The rigging pin is inserted through the coupling apertures of the first and second rigging components. The locking pin has an end with a locking groove. The locking pin is inserted through the retention aperture and the retention groove. The locking groove has guide, transitional, and locking portions for engaging a key of the lock.

Non-frangible load release assembly
A non-frangible load release assembly having a pre-set tension for release is presented. The load release assembly comprises a snap shackle having a quick release and a link, a spring having a spring rate, and an actuating line with a length selected based on the spring rate to provide the pre-set tension for the load release assembly. The spring is attached to the link of the snap shackle. The actuating line is connected to the quick release of the snap shackle.
Shackle with push to engage connector
A shackle includes a body having a first ear, a second ear opposed to the first ear and separated from the first ear to define a gap, a U-shaped bow extending from the first ear to the second ear and a pin. There is a first opening defined in the first ear and a threaded connection at the second ear. The pin has a proximal end, an intermediate section and an axial threaded section positioned distally of the proximal end. The axial threaded section and the intermediate section are dimensioned to be inserted through the first opening in the first ear and into the second ear with the intermediate section extending across the gap. The threaded section on the pin is engageable with the threaded connection at the second ear by urging the pin axially in translation relative to threaded connection.

SHACKLE LOCK AND SHACKLE COMPRISING SAID SHACKLE LOCK
A shackle lock for positioning on a shackle body, the shackle lock has a housing, at least one locking body and a sleeve which is displaceable in an axial direction of the housing. The housing is adapted for connection to the shackle body and is arranged to house a first end of a shackle pin. The at least one locking body is arranged to engage with a locking groove at the first end of the shackle pin. The sleeve, in a locking position, is arranged to keep the at least one locking body in the groove, and, in a releasing position, is arranged to release the at least one locking body from the groove. A shackle in which a shackle lock is arranged on an outside of the first end of the shackle body is described as well.

Rope sling shackle body
A rope sling shackle body for a heavy load rope sling shackle for suspending on a rope sling. The shackle body includes two opposite end portions each with a through-opening for receiving a bolt, a central arc which extends between the end portions and which has, at least in a rope receiving region, an arc bottom and arc flanks that are arranged on either side thereof and are spaced apart from one another. The central arc has a convexly rounded rope supporting face on its inner side at least in the rope receiving region that extends from a top edge of one arc flank to a top edge of the other arc flank. At least one reinforcement rib is arranged between the arc flanks and is divided into two partial ribs that support the arc flanks on the arc bottom. A spacing between the partial ribs extends down to the arc bottom.
