A transmission includes an input shaft coupled to a prime mover, a countershaft, main shaft, and an output shaft, with gears between the countershaft and the main shaft. A shift actuator selectively couples the input shaft to the main shaft by rotatably coupling gears between the countershaft and the main shaft. The shift actuator is mounted on an exterior wall of a housing including the countershaft and the main shaft. An integrated actuator housing is operationally coupled to the shift actuator and a linear clutch actuator. The linear clutch actuator is a self-adjusting actuator, and the transmission includes a self-adjusting clutch.
DUAL CLUTCH TRANSMISSION FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE, IN PARTICULAR FOR AN AUTOMOBILE, METHOD FOR OPERATING A DUAL CLUTCH TRANSMISSION OF THIS TYPE AND MOTOR VEHICLE
A dual clutch transmission for a motor vehicle, with a first sub-transmission, with a second sub-transmission, with a first clutch associated with the first sub-transmission, and with a second clutch associated with the second sub-transmission. The dual clutch transmission is designed to be shifted into a parking lock state, in which two gears of one of the sub-transmissions are simultaneously engaged, and in the lock state, the two gears of the one first sub-transmission are simultaneously engaged. A first gear wheel of a first of the gears, which is designed as loose wheel and rotatably arranged on a first shaft of the dual clutch transmission, is connected in a torque-proof manner to the first shaft, by a first switching element.
METHOD FOR OPERATING A DUAL CLUTCH TRANSMISSION OF A MOTOR VEHICLE AND MOTOR VEHICLE
A method for operating a dual clutch transmission of a motor vehicle having a first partial transmission, a second partial transmission, a first clutch assigned to the first partial transmission and a second clutch assigned to the second partial transmission, in which the dual clutch transmission is in a parking lock state in which two gears of one of the partial transmissions are engaged simultaneously. The following steps are carried out to exit the parking lock state: Introducing a torque caused by a drive element of the motor vehicle via the clutch associated with the one partial transmission into the one and/or other partial transmission while the gears of the partial transmission are engaged; and disengaging at least one of the gears of the one partial transmission engaged simultaneously in step a).
POWERSHIFT TRANSMISSION OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
A powershift transmission of a motor vehicle has a split group with a plurality of powershift stages. An input shaft can be rotatably driven by a drive shaft of a motorized drive and transmits rotational movement in a stepped-up manner to an output shaft of the split group corresponding to one of several powershiftable stage transmissions. The powershiftable stage transmissions can be rotatably driven in a stepped-up manner by the output shaft of the split group via an intermediate group located therebetween, and via an input shaft of a synchromesh transmission group having a plurality of gear stages. A vehicle axle transmission can be rotatably driven by the output shaft of the synchromesh transmission group. The intermediate group has a multiple powershift intermediate transmission, in which each switching position the input shaft of the synchromesh transmission group can be rotatably driven by means of an associated transmission.
Dual clutch transmission
A dual clutch transmission may include a first input shaft, a second input shaft, a first output shaft and a second output shaft; a first gear constrained to the first input shaft; a second gear and a third gear constrained to the second input shaft; a fourth gear provided to constrain the rotation to the second input shaft; a fifth gear which is engaged with the third gear; a sixth gear which is gear-engaged with the fourth gear; a seventh gear which is engaged with the first gear; an eighth gear which is gear-engaged with the second gear; and a ninth gear which is gear-engaged with the fourth gear.
System, method, and apparatus for operating a high efficiency, high output transmission
A transmission includes an input shaft and an output shaft, the input shaft selectively accepting a torque input from a prime mover, and the output shaft selectively providing torque output to a driveline. A controller determines a shaft displacement angle representing an angle value of rotational displacement difference between at least two shafts of the transmission, and performs a transmission operation responsive to the shaft displacement angle.
Hybrid drive system
A hybrid drive system has an internal combustion engine having a crankshaft, an electric motor having a rotor and a stator, a dual clutch transmission having an input shaft, a dual claw clutch having a first claw clutch and a second claw clutch, a first sub-transmission, and a second sub-transmission. The first claw clutch is non-rotatably connects a first sub-transmission input shaft of the first sub-transmission to the input shaft. The second claw clutch non-rotatably connects a second sub-transmission input shaft of the second sub-transmission to the input shaft. The rotor is arranged in such a way that torques starting from the rotor on an output side of the second claw clutch can be introduced into the dual clutch transmission via the second sub-transmission input shaft.
HIGH EFFICIENCY, HIGH OUPUT TRANSMISSION HAVING EASE OF INTEGRATION FEATURES
