POWER TRANSMISSION DEVICE
The power transmission device includes an internal-combustion engine 25, a drive-source-side shaft, a flywheel 30 provided on the drive-source-side shaft 2, a speed changer 10, which has an input shaft and an output, and clutches C1 and C2 capable of releasably transmitting the power between the drive-source-side shaft 2 and the input shaft, wherein the internal-combustion engine 25 and the speed changer 10 are disposed in the traveling direction of the vehicle. A differential gear mechanism 101 and a drive shaft 201, which are positioned between the flywheel 30 and the clutches C1 and C2 so as to be orthogonal to the drive-source-side shaft 2 and which transmit the power output from the speed changer 10 to left and right drive wheels RW, are provided. The drive shaft 201 is disposed above the central axis of rotation of the drive-source-side shaft 2.
POWER TRANSMISSION DEVICE
A power transmission device is provided to provide a 6 forward and 1 reverse transmission capable of smoothly performing 6 forward and 1 reverse or 4 forward and 1 reverse shifting. The power transmission device includes: a first shift input unit in which a reverse clutch and a first shift high clutch are provided at both ends and a first shift low gear is installed to be constrained by a first shift one-way gearing in one direction so that a driving force from a power input unit is transmitted thereto; a firs shift output unit to which a driving force from the first shift input unit is transmitted; a reverse input gear unit to which a reverse driving force from the first shift input unit is transmitted; a second shift input unit in which a second shift middle clutch is provided at one side end and a second shift low gear is installed to be constrained by a second shift one-way bearing in one direction so that a driving force from the first shift output unit is transmitted thereto; a forward idle gear unit connected to and installed at the first shift output unit and the second shift input unit to transmit a driving force from the first shift output unit to the second shift input unit; and a second shift output unit installed so that a reverse driving force by the reverse input gear unit and a forward driving force by the second shift input unit are transmitted thereto.
MULTI-SHAFT GEARBOX
A gearbox (10) is provided having: a gearbox case (12), a first shaft (14) for receiving torque, a second shaft (16) for transferring torque inside the gearbox case (12), and a third shaft (18) for delivering torque. The gearbox further has three or more first gear assemblies (20) located inside the gearbox case (12), wherein each first gear assembly (20) comprises a first gear wheel (22) centered on the first shaft (14), a second gear wheel (24) centered on the second shaft (16), and a wet clutch (26) configured for operationally connecting the first shaft (14) and the second shaft (16). The gearbox also has three or more second gear assemblies (30) located inside the gearbox case (12), wherein each second gear assembly (30) comprises a third gearwheel (32) centered on the second shaft (16), a fourth gear wheel (34) centered on the third shaft (18), and a wet clutch (36) configured for operationally connecting the second shaft (16) and the third shaft (18).
DRIVE ASSEMBLY AND VEHICLE HAVING SUCH A DRIVE ASSEMBLY
A drive assembly (10) comprising a first electric machine (12) having a first drive shaft (14), a second electric machine (16) having a second drive shaft (18), an output shaft (20), wherein the first drive shaft (14) and the second drive shaft (18) are coupled or couplable to the output shaft (20) in such a way that the output shaft (20) can be driven by the first drive shaft (14) and/or the second drive shaft (18), wherein the second drive shaft (18) comprises a first one-way clutch (22) by which the second drive shaft (18) is coupled or couplable to the output shaft (20) and a second one-way clutch (24), wherein the first one-way clutch (22) and the second one-way clutch (24) are configured so as to act in opposite directions of rotation, wherein, by the second one-way clutch (24) and an intermediate gearwheel (27), the second drive shaft (18) is coupled or couplable to the output shaft (20).
Power transmission device

TRANSMISSION FOR A VEHICLE
A transmission for a vehicle includes: an input shaft, a main shaft, and a countershaft, the main shaft being coaxial with the input shaft and the countershaft being parallel therewith, first and second primary gear planes arranged for torque transfer between the input shaft and the countershaft, and at least one secondary gear plane arranged for torque transfer between the countershaft and the main shaft. The transmission further includes a crawler shaft arranged in parallel with the main shaft, wherein the first primary gear plane comprises a first crawler shaft gearwheel arranged on the crawler shaft, and wherein the second primary gear plane comprises a second crawler shaft gearwheel arranged on the crawler shaft, the second crawler shaft gearwheel being selectively rotationally connectable to the first crawler shaft gearwheel so as to engage a crawler gear of the transmission.
MULTI-SPEED ELECTRIC DRIVE AXLE USING MULTI-LAYSHAFT TRANSMISSION
An electric drive axle with an electric motor having a motor shaft that is rotatable about an axis, a differential, and a transmission. The transmission transmits rotary power between the motor shaft and the differential. The multi-speed reduction has an input shaft and at least three on-axis gears. The input shaft is rotatably coupled to the motor shaft. Each of the at least three on-axis gears is co-axial with the input shaft and is rotatable relative to the input shaft in at least one of a first speed ratio and a second speed ratio. The input shaft is axially movable along the axis between a first position, in which a first one of the at least three on-axis gears is rotationally coupled to the input shaft, and a second position in which a second one of the at least three on-axis gears is rotationally coupled to the input shaft.
Multi-shaft gearbox

Dual clutch power shift transmission
A dual clutch power shift transmission is provided. The transmission includes an input shaft, a main shaft rotationally coupled to the input shaft, and an output shaft coupled to the input shaft. An odd shaft and an even shaft carry a plurality of gears. The gears define a predetermined gear ratio between the input shaft and output shaft. The odd shaft and even shaft are coupled to the input shaft via an odd clutch, and even clutch, and a master clutch. A forward clutch and a reverse clutch are interposed between the master clutch, odd clutch, and even clutch. The forward and reverse clutch are alternatively coupled to the input shaft. An intermediate shaft assembly, rotationally coupled to the gears, is interposed between the odd shaft and even shaft. An auxiliary shaft is interposed between the odd shaft and output shaft and carries range gears defining a predetermined gear ratio.
Multi-speed electric drive axle using multi-layshaft transmission
An electric drive axle with an electric motor having a motor shaft that is rotatable about an axis, a differential, and a transmission. The transmission transmits rotary power between the motor shaft and the differential. The multi-speed reduction has an input shaft and at least three on-axis gears. The input shaft is rotatably coupled to the motor shaft. Each of the at least three on-axis gears is co-axial with the input shaft and is rotatable relative to the input shaft in at least one of a first speed ratio and a second speed ratio. The input shaft is axially movable along the axis between a first position, in which a first one of the at least three on-axis gears is rotationally coupled to the input shaft, and a second position in which a second one of the at least three on-axis gears is rotationally coupled to the input shaft.
