The alignment of a nut and a nut-side pulley is performed by: a nut insertion step of inserting the nut into the nut-side pulley; a temporary tightening step of, after the nut insertion step, inserting a shaft portion of a fastening bolt in a fastening bolt insertion hole of the nut-side pulley, with the shaft portion being inserted through a spring washer, and then, tightening the shaft portion into an internal thread of the nut until a dimension of the spring washer becomes shorter than a free length and longer than a fully compressed length; an axis deviation adjusting step of adjusting a position of the nut-side pulley relative to the nut to decrease a deviation of the nut-side pulley relative to a rotation axis of the nut after the temporary tightening step; and a final tightening step of further tightening the fastening bolt after the axis deviation adjusting step.

Non-metallic belt-driven crosshead drive system for hydraulic decoking

An apparatus for raising and lowering a cutting tool within a decoking drum, a decoking system and a method of raising and lowering a decoking system cutting tool. Instead of using metallic ropes, chains, or a self-propelled gear-based approach, non-metallic belts are secured at respective ends to a crosshead and one or more counterweights to enable vertical movement of the crosshead that in turn permits vertical movement of the cutting tool throughout the height of the drum. A motorized pulley system controls the movement of the belt, and preferably avoids having the motor be carried by the crosshead. The belts on each pulley are preferably arranged as cooperative sets so that within each set, both primary load belts and secondary load belts are present. Enhanced engagement between at least the primary load belts and the pulleys promotes greater load-bearing capability, while the secondary load belts are sufficiently strong to ensure positional stability of the crosshead and decoking tool upon damage to or failure of one or more of the primary load belts.

In accordance with an aspect of the disclosure an actuator for a parking brake includes a motor generating power; a reduction gear portion configured to transmit the power of the motor to a parking portion implementing the parking braking of a vehicle; a locking portion configured to limit rotation of the reduction gear portion; and a housing in which the motor, the reduction gear portion, and the locking portion are accommodated; wherein the locking portion is configured to a lock gear coupled to the reduction gear portion to rotate together, a lever provided to be engaged with the lock gear through a hinge motion, an elastic member elastically supporting the lever toward the lock gear, and an electromagnet member that generates electromagnetic force when the power is applied to separate the lever from the lock gear.

CENTER TRACKING DUAL SYNCHRONOUS BELT SYSTEM

Synchronous belt systems include two or more sprockets, a first endless belt, and a second endless belt. The belts are connected together with belts attachment hardware through belt ports, and a belts gap is defined between the first endless belt and the second endless belt. Each of the sprockets includes sprocket teeth and sprocket tooth spaces between adjacent teeth of the sprocket teeth, and each of the sprockets has a sprocket center ridge. The belts each include a plurality of belt split teeth, and each split tooth of the plurality of belt split teeth has a first belt ridge, a second belt ridge and a belt split tooth space disposed between the belt ridges. The belts gap engages the sprocket center ridge of each of the sprockets, and each of the belts attachment hardware is disposed within the adjacent belt split tooth spaces of the belts.

Profiled wheel retainer

A profiled wheel assembly for coupling to a shaft includes a profiled wheel having a first guide slot extending radially outwardly from a central aperture of the profiled wheel and a first assembly slot spaced apart from and parallel to the first guide slot. A retainer is supported on the profiled wheel for movement between a lock position wherein the retainer axially locks the profiled wheel relative to the shaft and a release position wherein the retainer axially unlocks the profiled wheel relative to the shaft.
