The downstream side wall part is arranged to be adjacent to the oil supply unit further downstream in a revolution direction of the pinion gear than the oil supply unit when viewed from an axial direction.

A transmission mechanism device of an aspect of the present invention includes a motor, a transmission mechanism including a plurality of gears, a first shaft and a bearing supporting the first shaft and transmitting power of the motor, a housing that accommodates the transmission mechanism and holds the bearing on an inner face, oil that collects in a lower region inside the housing, a catch tank that is disposed inside the housing and opens upward, an oil passage through which the oil passes, and an oil pump provided in the oil passage. The oil passage has a first path connecting the oil pump and the catch tank and a scooping path for scooping the oil by rotation of the gear to guide the scooped oil to the catch tank. The catch tank includes a feed portion for supplying the oil to the gear or the bearing.

TRANSMISSION MECHANISM
The present invention provides a transmission mechanism with which a deterioration in accuracy can be suppressed and a service life can be increased by suppressing lubricant deterioration. A transmission mechanism is provided with a housing, a first rotating member which is accommodated in the housing and which is capable of rotating about a first rotating member axis, and a lubricant which is accommodated in the housing to lubricate the first rotating member, wherein: the transmission mechanism is additionally provided with a first filter member which is accommodated in the housing to filter out dust contained in the lubricant; the lubricant is agitated by means of the rotation of the first rotating member about the first rotating member axis; and the first filter member is provided in the direction in which the lubricant is caused to flow by means of the agitation from the first rotating member.
Gear box with an oil stirring box
Provided is a gear box including a lubricating oil pool arranged at a bottom of the gear box, and at least one oil stirring box that includes an oil storage chamber, the oil storage chamber being provided with an oil scooping port and at least one oil outlet. The at least one oil stirring box is arranged on a rotary component in the gear box and rotatable along with the rotary component. A lubricating oil in the lubricating oil pool is allowed to flow through the oil scooping port into the oil storage chamber when the at least one oil stirring box rotates to the lubricating oil pool. The lubricating oil in the oil storage chamber is further allowed to flow out of the at least one oil outlet to a lubrication point when the oil stirring box rotates to the vicinity of the lubrication point.

An axle assembly that includes a differential carrier, a bearing cap, and a lubricant reservoir. The differential carrier has a bearing support. The bearing cap is disposed on the bearing support. The lubricant reservoir is mounted on the bearing cap and is configured to capture lubricant that is splashed by the differential assembly.

A chain tensioner transmits power of a crankshaft provided in an engine to peripheral auxiliary devices and guides a chain belt that transfers engine oil. The chain tensioner includes a body portion that tensions the chain belt through a pivot, the upper surface of the body portion includes an oil guiding rib that collects the engine oil scattered from the chain belt to the upper part, one surface of the body portion in contact with the upper surface includes a pivot journal, and one surface of the body portion includes a first oil flow path that guides the engine oil to flow down to the pivot journal.
