The threaded nut (9) is rotationally fixed to the rotor carrier (6) and is at least partially radially within the fixed bearing (7).
OVERRUNNING, NON-FRICTION COUPLING AND CONTROL ASSEMBLY, ENGAGEABLE COUPLING ASSEMBLY AND LOCKING MEMBER FOR USE IN THE ASSEMBLIES
An overrunning, non-friction coupling and control assembly, an engageable coupling assembly and locking members for use in the assemblies are provided. A centroid or center of mass of at least one of the locking members is substantially centered on a pivot axis of the locking member so that the locking member is substantially centrifugally neutral or balanced thereby making the locking member easier to pivot between engaged and disengaged positions with respect to the coupling members of its corresponding assembly at high rotational speeds.
Integration of a Transmission Actuator
A transmission actuator, a transfer mechanism, a system, a transmission, a drivetrain and a vehicle includes a transmission gear change arrangement in which the actuating direction of the transmission actuator is inclined in relative to a transmission shaft axis by an angle.
Shift drive
A shift drive including an actuating mechanism, a rack, and a gear housing. The actuating mechanism is driven by a driving mechanism. The rack is linked with the actuating mechanism. The rack includes a connection portion connected to the actuating mechanism through a connecting member 301 The gear housing is provided with an induction gear that meshes with the rack. The gear housing includes a track slot includes a take-up release section and a straight rail section, and an end portion of the rack is capable of a recoverable deformation that can slide in or out of the take-up release section and the length of projection of the take-up release section on an extension line in the direction of the length of the straight rail section is less than the length of the track thereof.
WORK VEHICLE MULTI-SPEED DRIVE ASSEMBLY PROVIDING MULTIPLE GEAR RATIOS AT SAME STEP RATIO
A drive assembly for a work vehicle includes a housing arrangement, a drive shaft rotatable in first and second clock directions, and a two-stage planetary gear set coupled to the drive shaft. The gear set includes, or is coupled to, an output element. First and second clutch arrangements are configured to selectively engage the gear set to effect first and second gear ratios, respectively. A step ratio from the first gear ratio and the second gear ratio is 3:1. At least one first actuator and at least one second actuator are configured to effect movement of the first and second clutch arrangements, respectively, to selectively engage the gear set. The drive shaft and the output element rotate in a same clock direction with the first clutch arrangement engaged with the gear set, and in opposite clock directions with the second clutch arrangement engaged with the gear set.
Actuator system for a vehicle transmission, a vehicle comprising an actuator system, and a method for operating an actuator system
An actuator system for a vehicle transmission includes an actuating unit and an electric motor drivingly connected to the actuating unit. The actuating unit is configured for displacement by the electric motor between an engagement mode where the transmission is connected to a propulsion unit and a disengagement mode where the transmission is disconnected from the propulsion unit. A clutch unit between the actuating unit and the electric motor is connected to a drive shaft of the electric motor. The clutch unit is configured for connecting the actuating unit to the electric motor when displacing the actuating unit between the engagement disengagement modes. The clutch unit disconnects the actuating unit from the electric motor in the engagement mode. The system further includes an oil pump unit driven by the electric motor at least in the engagement mode.
ELECTRONIC PARKING BRAKE MECHANISM
An electronic parking mechanism that includes a parking cam assembly, a pawl assembly and a parking gear. The parking cam assembly includes a parking guide shaft and a parking cam that is sleeved on the parking guide shaft, and one side of the parking cam is provided with an arc protrusion along a circumferential direction so that as the parking cam rotates, the pawl assembly is in a first position where the pawl assembly parks in the parking gear and a second position where the pawl assembly parks out the parking gear, respectively. The pawl assembly includes a pawl and a pawl shaft, an upper part of the pawl contacts the parking cam, the pawl shaft is provided on a side of the pawl that can rotate around the pawl shaft.
Electric drive axle for a motor vehicle having a central actuator arrangement
An electric drive axle for a motor vehicle includes a first half shaft, a second half shaft, a first parking lock unit associated with the first half shaft, and a second parking lock unit associated with the second half shaft. The first parking lock unit and the second parking lock unit are mechanically connected to one another via a connecting linkage. A central actuator arrangement is adjustingly connected to the connecting linkage.
Driveline component with actuator spring
A driveline component includes a housing, a first rotating component and a second rotating component, an actuator and a biasing component. The actuator has a body coupled to the first rotating component, the actuator drives the body relative to the second rotating component, and the body is movable between a first position in which the body is not coupled with the second rotating component and a second position in which the body is coupled with the second rotating component. The biasing component has a retainer and a spring, the retainer is in contact with a stop surface that limits movement of the retainer, the spring is fixed to the retainer on one side of the spring and the spring is contacted by the body during at least a portion of the movement of the body to provide a biasing force on the body.
